Today felt like a real day at Blue. We had 8 waiting at rope drop, with even more joining as the AM went on. Still feels weird being in the upper lot. Things will return to normal when we're down below. Oh, and I finally got to show Johnny Law a hat I had made just for his enjoyment 😂

Seeing everyone was super fucking awesome, the snow was just eh but as it's my first day I don't give a fuck. That hat is mint, instant classic

Skiing today was eh, but being with you clowns again was great.

Was a great day to try out my new skis. Things got bumpy on Main Street. Blizzards plowed thru it, no problem.

add shawnee to the mix, not sure what they are charging. bb is charging $39 so they are out. montage and camelback are both $30, which is actually quite reasonable

Hey All, I’m back from a fun morning at Blue mountain the true mountain. I arrived at the upper lot at 7:20AM and cloudy with a temperature In the mid 30s. In the house were Johnny law, Atomic Jeff, Enjorales, enjorales dad, Gahskier George,JFDan, Marty, Slim, Indiggio, Gary, Sch Ryan, Tarponhead, Toast, KevinThomas..Matt Edge.:and many others.. First run was nice nice nice smooth and fast vista to midway to lower Main Street first civilian chair again. The chute was nice skied it like three times..lower Main Street got predictably rough. The bumps weren’t bad and x-ing was sweet. No real liftlines..crowds were pretty low key,,mild parking lot weather. Had some good beers and then food at the BMDI...JADIP

I got some VIP passes through work and they came with parking in the lot right under the Gondola. We got some free swag, lots of good food, and free beer and bloody Mary's. Ended up being a really good place to watch from; big tvs until the skiers came in sight, then a good view from there. The place went nuts when Shiffren won, and really any time an American or Canadian was up. Was a fun scene and the crowds weren't too crazy, but we were lucky.

Has nothing to do with who opens first. Blue is just a better hill. There isn't a trail at CB that compares to a Razors or an NMDW. Shit if I had another kid I'd probably name him or her NMDW. That's how much I like that run.

World Cup! Getting ready for second runs. VIP tent: free open bar and great food. Having a Lagunitas.
