The way to think about your pass is the first run costs 600$ or whatever and everyone after that is free. It's a liberating mindset. Snow is straight shit you can go home after 5 runs, shitty day at work and can only get there at 830 for 10 runs, saddle up partner and welcome to flavor country. Money is a tool, nothing more, nothing less.7 points

Well common sense and brains are generally mutually exclusive. My brother who graduated summa cum laude from an Ivy League school and law school can’t figure out how to change his thermostat from heat to cool in his house. He forgets to get his oil filed up so he’s constantly without heat, yet won’t sign up for automatic delivery. Brains aren’t everything.5 points

I may actually be there tomorrow now, my daughter is sick so I'm probably going to do hood rat stuff with my friends lol4 points

Fake News. The trail has indeed been named. The odds of me calling "coming soon" anything but that are probably pretty slim.4 points

Yeah I have this same mindset with my flyers plan, first game costs $700 and the other 10 are free. It helps when you miss a game or they’re getting blown out in the second period and you leave early, there’s no guilt attached to it.3 points

Blue has incentive to keep the crowds manageable but stay profitable this weekend. With the addition of Lazy they are going to be throwing a ton more skiers, percentage wise, at the double double than the last two weekends when hitting advanced terrain was the only way to get there. As much as I said i think it would be more fair to base full price on opening a high speed lift than opening Lazy, from a customer experience standpoint I’m glad they will be charging more, to hopefully suppress body count while still hitting their revenue target.3 points

I think the same. As season pass holders we want the day ticket prices steep. If they were $39 would be more crowds3 points

Don’t worry about the money so much and just have fun with your kids. One day they’ll be teenagers and they’ll probably rather go to the mall with their friends or be with their boyfriends than hangout with their rockstar Dad New Page!!!2 points

With this forecast Blue is gonna have most of the mountain open by next weekend. Probably paradise and challenge and some other runs.1 point

It's worth it to skip the ticket window. I hate having to do that extra step when I go somewhere else, especially when it's a 30 minute wait.1 point

Also looks like the Burma side of the lift corral will be open. That can make a huge difference...the line on that side is usually half as long. A no brainer coming from Main Street and worth the skate across traffic from lazy.1 point

They may have paid for themselves by this weekend but you wouldn’t have been paying window or online prices for tickets at Blue so it’s a moot point. Remember your season passes entitle you to 10% off food and also tubing is included.1 point

Sounds like a good idea. I could be the first civilian to ski lazy mile too to bottom. Would be radical.1 point

We hired a girl here, who, on paper should just be smart as a whip. Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb. Zero common sense. She doesnt work here anymore.1 point

Oh, hell, Ricky, I was high when I said that. That doesn't make any sense at all. ''You're first or last.'' You can be second, you can be third, fourth. Hell, you can even be fifth.1 point

I see her all summer and she'll be in Costa Rica and Christmas but my family is oddly tight. Normally I would say that's a pretty bold move cotton but for you I say go nuts, once you break your neck your carbon footprint is going to get real small.1 point
