Hey guys...been lurking here a long time, just reading reports and stuff...I bought the cheap season pass to Montage that was posted in this forum (I appreciate the heads up on that), so I think I at least owe a few reports. I've been riding most Saturdays since early January, but this is my first report. Got there around 8:30 and took a run down Cannonball. It was pretty firm which is what I expected, but not terrible. Next run I cut down Fast Track or Runaway (can't remember which) to get to the Long Haul. It has actually been running every time I've been there. Had a nice session IPA on the lift and did a few top to bottom runs. After that, lapped Boomer and Smoke a bunch. Conditions there were pretty good and softened up as the day went on. They mowed down the rollers and bumps on Boomer that were there two weeks ago. Did some nice faster runs, which was fun, but I did miss the bumps. Hit White Lightning once, which was ok but not great - firm and icy in spots. Left around 12 and stopped at Breaker Brewing for lunch. Beer was awesome as usual. I look forward to the brewery stop almost as much as the mountain. Anyway, hope you enjoyed the report. I'll try to post some more reports as the season goes on (or I could just keep updating this thread). I'm going to try to go most weekends. It's tough with a 1 year old at home, but I can usually get a morning session in.9 points

Just because they’re seasoned doesn’t mean I need new pants. Ryan’s are trashed though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk5 points

It was pretty crowded, just left after a short session. Typical Pres weekend crowd, lot of beginners, lot of people where they shouldn't be. Never waited more than 2 groups in the VIP line, so 5-6 chairs max. Two main st chair trips at 2 chair wait. No complaints there. Conditions were real variable, from ice patches to scraped off pocono pavement to deep sugar stashes on the edges and corners. Made a half dozen runs sticking to the edges. Run of the afternoon was Switchback. Dreamweaver wasn't bad either. See everyone in the morning. There will be Meat.4 points

Today was decent. Enjoyed switchback and sidewinder the most I think. NMDW was closed again for who the hell knows why. I've pretty much written off Razors for weekend morning sessions... really sucks if NMDW is going that route as well. Overall still a fun day.4 points

Hey All, I’m back from a fun morning session at Blue mountain the true mountain. In the house were atomic Jeff, JFDan, Indiggio, Mute, Ryan, Toast, Slim, Johnny Law, PARidge, Antmans cousin(forgot his name), Justo, Rose, Salty, Bethlehem Ford Guy, GSSUcks, Ty, MBike Mike and many more. The temperature was around 30 degrees to start and warmed into the upper 30s but the snow stayed firm..I liked challenge, lazy and Main Street the best although none were good nightmare to Dream Weaver was closed and razors was as well. I think I’m gonna need to finally buy new ski pants. My fly zipper was giving me issues in Jackson hole and it completely was unrepairable for me except for some gorilla tape. I’m thankful my jacket is long lol and it wasn’t 3 degrees out. Switchback was also spicy woo..had a few beers in the lot and JFDan brought chips and antmans cousin brought donuts from yum Yums in quakertown which were the bomb deezy..was fun being back at Blue but also looking forward to better conditions.3 points

It stays light outside late in JH when you’re there at least like 630 so might be worth it to fish if that’s a passion as well.1 point

I will be up for opening monday and wednesday. Forcasters are predicting snow sunday night into monday and tuesday night into wednesday up there.1 point

You could rip up the slide when they had a lot of snow. You'd get yelled at though. It was fun. Good move turning it into a trail. Still not agreeing with the terrain park move though. Doesn't matter as I never will go to CB again probably.1 point

I didn’t see any ski pants I liked at Dicks. I’ll have to get new pants at true blue tomorrow AM when they open. Maybe even give up first chair...0 points
