Reading through this thread gets me excited to ski again. @mute1080, Ryan, and the PASR/bumper crew had such a good time.

All you need are microwaveable burritos, Gatorade and the in-room coffee pot!

I remember once @AtomicSkier asked me to get him two bagel sangs..I’ll remember that the next time I need my skis tuned or drink one of his craft brews..

I had to move my Sauna 6 ft to access the control panel on the spa. Ended up using the same technology they used to move rock for the pyramids and Stonehenge. Except I used PVC pipe instead of tree trunks to roll it.

Rainy and cool up here. Picking up a cord of wood Friday. Water delivery for the hot tub this AM, electrical gets hooked up Friday. Built a burly shed for the firewood. No small task when you have no help.

Clouds started clearing just in time for some sun on our walk. Ready for fall weather to stay.

I can't believe I didn't know this, but Bretton Woods has night skiing on weekends until 8pm. I'm super psyched, because that means I can ski on Friday afternoons/evenings. Also, we have three "elective weeks" at my school throughout the year, where you can teach an eclectic class or do something outdoors (mountain biking, rock climbing, etc.). So right away I submitted a proposal for the February electives week: "Ski every day, all day. End of proposal." It was approved!

It's the middle of Sept which means we're almost in the month (October) where we can say there's a good chance that I'll be skiing next month (November).
