Rough Monday.

I woke up saturday morning in State College to 36 degrees, fall is here for sure

The older I get the more the general state of my body seems to effect my hangover. Beers after skiing or a bike ride in the morning I can get a headache for sure. I'm fucking parched as shit in the morning, same thing after a long ride so it makes sense but younger me it didnt matter at all if I was properly hydrated or had eaten anything.

Its two guys from PA, their work looks good and the snowboard lineup is pretty solid. Skis are pretty limited and softer skis. If they had something stiffer I'd try them out based on PA alone.

If I have more than 3 drinks in the evening, it really messes up my sleep. I’ll fall asleep for like 4 hours, then wake up and can’t get back to sleep. So annoying.

Beers are mostly a thing of the past for me.....Occasionally I'll have one but it's pretty rare....Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a different story though....Two fingers worth in the glass with one ice cube....

I have more then 3 beers and I feel like shit in the morning. Bottle of wine? I feel refreshed.

There’s less alcohol in a double mixed drink than in a pint of most high test beers. JFDan was probably a riot in his hard partying days. I bet he had a mullet and played air guitar..

Im better with mixers. I actually had 4 whiskey drinks. Got drunk. Feel ok this morning. If it's good liquor I'm ok. Cheap liquor and beer is my issue I guess.

My dad sent me this just now. He volunteers at the National Industrial Museum in Bethlehem and gets to help organize the archives and found this while sorting through. This is a picture of him (left) with a colleague working on an engine in the machine shop. They are pulling out the old trucks and replacing them with new.

Some great shots here of LVRR. Shot of some engines and cabooses in what is now a parking lot across the street from the old Main Street station in Bethlehem. LVRR pulling a load west towards Allentown our of the yard with Martin Tower in the back which was recently imploded. LVRR outside of Manhattan with the Twin Towers in the back. Lastly my two favorite color schemes of LVRR. The maroon, yellow writing, and white warning hash nose. And the white with black diamond flag. The White was my favorite but always do dirty.

Vermont has better places to ski and I hope NJ and NY skiers take their gold chains and exemplary diction to Killington or the Catskills. God damn our fucking craven plutocracy. EDIT: These legal edible gummies are doing nothing for my attitude.
