Shit damn it was a good morning at Blue...Kinda chilly but not too bad....As Ridge said upper Main was on point... Lower Main skiers right wasn't too bad either.....Lazy was good for a couple of laps but started to get kinda thick as people showed up......Falls was pretty firm ....The crumbs at the bottom didn't bother me....your just about at the lift anyway....Felt really good to ride top to bottom..Fuck Yea!!!5 points

Arapahoe Basin was fun today. I was surprised it wasn’t busier. My son convinced me to do the backside off the Zuma lift. Those runs are marked blue, but they feel pretty freaking steep to me. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk4 points

Today was fun as hell. Upper main, skiers left (RIP Barney's bumps) was absolutely stellar. Lower main is its own fucking world. Falls was fun but a cookie field on the bottom. So good to be on the six pack and some (limited) new terrain.4 points

12/19/2019 ... PM edition ...conditions were *way* better then I expected. MBike and I skied a bunch of runs on empty trails. From the get go Main St was that perfect scraped off fast grippy snow that I can put the hammer down on and crank turns. Lazy was slightly sugary, but the last little pitch before the right hander was also 10/10 (as was the turn). Best conditions I've skied all year for sure.3 points

Seriously, Paradise is a long trail. Really should consider changing things around and making it Upper Paradise, and Lower Paradise.2 points

Snow really held up nicely. I skied from 10-4, saw Toast in the lodge taking his boots off, and he introduced himself when I stopped for a quick bathroom break. I recognized him from his many running pictures he posts. Paradise may open this weekend, seems they were doing some grooming there later in afternoon.2 points

Elk was in great shape today. True packed powder with only a few marbles on Tunk. They opened Delaware today and it was exceptional... That makes 4 open from the top. I expect them to open Slalom tomorrow, as they were grooming it today. They are now concentrating on getting the quad side open and should have open pretty soon. I used to do this all the time when I lived 10 mins from bear creek. Why go through the trouble of putting regular pants on for a 10-15 min drive when I can just throw my ski pants on and it’s one less thing I have to worry about?1 point
