Man made cliff at blue. Was chattin with ski patrol on lift and he took me there to show me the new feature. Glades are nice.

I meant quad. I can’t even find on blues website that the six pack is down. Says 36 of 40 runs open and 10 of 16 lifts. Navigating blues website is like an old Run DMC song. It’s tricky

the 2019-2020 ski season was the death of weekday mornings as we know them at blue mountain. there have been multiple weekday mornings this year where i have been legitimately angry at the amount of people there.

I thought last night was gr8! Solid 7.9 /10, firm snow was grippy, lot of nice snow on the edges, NMDW ROTE with a fresh groomer track on paradise a close second. Not sure whiy ut not too many school kids, quad was ski on/30 sec wait if you made your own singles line. I even ski'd the bumps for the first time with the crows

They have had a VIP line at the quad a couple times this year. Didn't mean much, still had to wait the same as everyone else once past the gate. The conditions at blue on everything but sidewinder were very good today. Sidewinder was rock hard with cookies on top, not much fun. Barney's was a little slick in between the bumps but still fun. Skied the sleepy hollow glade the conditions at the bottom of that required your attention. The six of course was down and they were only spinning the main street chair on the little gap side (vista chair too I guess) so the lines there grew quickly. But overall a great day.

I was up today from 930 to 1230 and no sixer. Some snowmobiles around but no action. Snow is super nice but the line gets pretty nuts

Day off is approved. I’m skiing Elk 2/7 no matter who’s there, lol. Pops is looking into getting the day off today.

Michael at the call center says "they are working on the 6" not the busiest of days in Malvern, so i figure i would inquire to India about the 6.

I was checked in on the cameras last night and early this morning and there were people that appeared to be working on it both times. Not sure what the issue is, but at least they have a rain day as a bonus tomorrow to get that shit figured out. I do like the views from the quad better....

Beautiful morning at Blue, again. Until the lift broke. The 6pack has been down all morning. On the quad now which has been stopped for 11 minutes and counting with the emergency stop happening every time it starts. I’ve never been anywhere else with such continuous lift issues. Hopefully things get fixed soon. At least the sun is out. I ❤️ Blue.

i hear you, i go to the cardboard classics every year but i don't ski. it's madness. jfbb is close enough tho that i am considering it, even for a cpl hours. might be nice to have a change of scenery. figured i'd let others know. And theres a decent pizza place at blakeslee corners... and a super wawa... fancy things that are hard to come by.

i was up there for the thursday PM racing class. snow was still in good shape. GS was setup on razor's...good layout, but was quite scraped off by the end of the nite. ran into atomic jeff on the course and chatted with him for a few. guinness and wings afterwards hit the spot.

i feel guilty about missing yesterday, but Mon-Thurs was the sickest ive been in awhile. considering im starting to feel better today, i prob made the right decision. for my sake, it might be good if blue closes tomorrow cause id consider a RAW session and then wake up at 5am sunday to go right back..would probably negate any rest and healing ive done the past few days
