Took the dog for a walk to catch the Blue Angels and Thunderbirds. Saw them fly over 3 times. It was pretty cool..one of the most exciting things to happen in the last 45 days
I'm convinced that I'll never ski coming soon. I may actually be living FT out west somewhere before it officially opens. Calling it a natural snow only trail doesn't count.
After a nice 75 mile rip today, I noticed that I've been riding like a pussy since I got new tires....need to get that knee out ๐คทโโ๏ธ when we going for a ride @indiggio?
Agreed. Only things I prefer to finance if I have to are cars and houses. Phones, season passes etc.? Not so much. It's cool that they're offering it though.
Check out the Flying Dutchman Ski Club (FDSC.org) latest newsletter, nice write up about 2 ski areas behind Kutztown and the people that built them. Other local areas included Hahn Mountain in Kempton and Sharp Mountain in Pottsville
Right on I was one of the first to wear a mask inside stores. There was just a mini police parade in front of my work. A few cars even pulled over on the street and held up signs.
I do now (last few days). Donโt really need it for the most part as I try to stay away from high pedestrian areas. But cyclists actually do suck at giving you space. Actually more of a statement thing I guess. Yeah I look weird but this is the new normal for a while. Gets lots of stares but I stare back and wave
If I didn't have to work today I would have tried to get out for a bike ride or run somewhere in the viewing area. The weather is absolutely perfect for watching.
i wish i could watch them. they're the best. i just get my fix twice a year at races. i was able to catch practice for the chicago show the last few years because our tradeshow coincided, i really need to make it out there for the actual show.

My dad told me that the funds being used to fly them now are funds that were allocated to fly them during air shows which have been cancelled. So instead of saving the money, they are just going to use the budget that was already in place and not accrue additional costs.
if i remember this right, you can get the 429 deal and if you want to bail and get your money back, you have until oct something. pretty good deal if you're on the fence about a pass. if you've already paid, you're locked in no refunds fam.
