  1. Our spring festival was cancelled, this is a new event to try to replace is as the spring and fall festival account for a huge portion of the budget. To go only with on-line ordering: https://www.clover.com/online-ordering/st-nicholas-greek-orthodox-cathedral-bethlehem?fbclid=IwAR2VbVjQcfx9LI2Z4Iw47ga69KyrNKAH0oQy2UdcawEPISdza44jLM-Haww

  2. Just made the decision I will not be returning to hockey on Monday until this all gets better. Sitting on a bench shoulder to shoulder freaks me out. my uncle tested positive a few days ago but luckily he seems to be doing better now. Crazy thing is he is the family member who took this the most serious and was the most cautious. Unfortunately my cousin has been going to the shore and beaches recently, so that’s probably where he got it

  4. I just put my gym membership on hold which I am bummed about. They opened back up a month ago with strict policies. But every time I go less and less people are wearing masks (even though it’s mandatory) and people are not sanitizing equipment like they are supposed to. Ordered a TRX, gonna see how Much I can do with that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  6. Gloves often give a false sense of safety. Better off just washing hands often unless you are changing your gloves between everything you touch.

  7. I wouldn’t necessarily say that, as throughout this whole thing I’ve been more careful than your average person. Certainly not as careful as people on here, but I’ve been rocking my masks and gloves since day one, and my hand washing is on point

  8. Saying he got it from my cousin is my guess/opinion, not sure if that is the case or not. No idea if my cousin got tested. My uncle had a bad fever and got tested. Talked to him tonight and he’s doing well

  12. I really am surprised at how some people even manage to make their way through life. Americans are even dumber than I thought. It doesn't take too much critical thought to see how the rest of the world did much better than the U.S. BECAUSE THEY WORE MASKS. This graph is from the NYT today.

  14. Same with Muhlenberg College..no fall sports. I’m sure a lot of the students will wear masks like McDonald’s and mini market employees as a chin guard

  15. It will be interesting to see what happens with my offices reopening the office plans. As of now, we are still planning to open July 13th with some strict guidelines in place but with numbers on the rise again I don't see many people coming back to work. In fact, I do worry a bit since I have been on contact with my family. My parents are in their 60's and my mom has health issues and depends heavily on my Dad so I don't want either of them to get sick. I will probably limit my time at the office. Also, for those who I am not facebook friends with - I got engaged last week! my boyfriend (fiance..? weird) had big plans for the proposal and he kept waiting for things to get somewhat normal again but they really haven't. And with the numbers on the rise, instead of waiting any longer he decided to pop the question at home. Pandemic proposal.

  17. Forget that, the real tragedy here is that the Pittston Tomato Festival is cancelled. https://www.citizensvoice.com/news/coronavirus/pittston-tomato-festival-canceled-due-to-coronavirus-concerns/article_a2adb9dd-5257-54a2-95c3-5b2e96c9c42a.html

  18. My sister works in an icu outside of Wilmington DE. They have to report how full the icu is and which patients are COVID, but she’s fairly certain the media is taking the first number. They have more gunshot patients in that icu than COVID yet local media is reporting said hospitals ICU beds are quickly filling up with new COVID patients
