Not specific to trains, but this is how the Lehigh River used to flow at Palmerton prior to them moving the river to build the new 248. In the photo are the tracks of the CNJ on the right, LV across the River, and LNE on the side of Blue Mt. Bottom of photo shows the aqueduct of the Lehigh Canal used to float boats over the Aquashicola Creek.
I would suggest a PASR bubble for the winter but the sheer volume of meat and beer that would be needed to sustain that endeavor would be irresponsible.
