  1. I can give you a phone number to call to pick up passes from the 7-11 at the bottom of BCC. Call said guy the night before, send him the money via Venmo and pick up the pass from the electrical box behind the 7-11 in the morning. You wont find a better deal.

  3. Leaning towards Big Sky for a western trip this season. Doesn’t seem like they have too much restrictions that could throw a monkey wrench into the trip.

  4. That’s the one. About a mile from the house. Heading north you can see the lights on top of the ridge when they are on, like 5 in a row. And a glow on the clouds, when there’s cover

  7. Thanks, but I already found a good bargain on Craigslist where I wire $5,000 to a Nigerian Prince and then he wires back $4,900 and overnight ships me 4 lift tickets. It's such a grate steal!

  13. Took this on my Sunday afternoon bike ride. Nuremburg, near Hazleton, is one of my favorite places to ride. Just rode through the town and took this while climbing up the hill.

  15. One time @GrilledSteezeSandwich said I could go with him on a Skisafari if I take a separate flight and rental car, and stay at a different hotel. He said maybe we could have a 5 minute Zoom session at different restaurants in Silverton, if I pay him Three Fitty.

  16. I was thinking about it..he wouldn’t even have to chip in for gas since I use the company card for that, a box of fruit by the foot would be helpful.

  18. I should...Blue should have a link to their weather stations. The snowmakers have several weather stations throughout the mountain.

  26. I more so mean big sky doesn’t plan on going full retard with reservations like Vail resorts do. Western lift tickets are always purchased in advance regardless of a pandemic

  32. Skied Hunter today with @GSSucks. Since I’m #Epic this year, figured I might as well use the pass on the East Coast as well. 5:25am departure and smooth sailing and arrived at Hunter 2h40m later. Got my Epic Pass pretty quickly and we were on the snow a few minutes after they opened. This is my second longest opening day run (the first being T2B Mount Snow with @GrilledSteezeSandwich) ... 1600ish vert (?) in variable conditions is enough of a leg burner on the first day. Pretty thin cover meant grooming was tough as they had almost nothing to work with. It was firm up top and spring like down at the bottom. Weather ranged from bluebird, to overcast, to snowing, to pissing rain. We skied for 2 hours and when a 30 minute rain storm rolled in we retreated to the lot for some beers.

  35. Realistically there is one very marginal window for snow making. 27 degrees and 28 degrees isn't very promising... I might have to take the road bike off of the trainer...

  38. What kind of restrictions do other places have that Big Sky doesnt? I've been assuming we're allowed to do whatever we want anywhere as long as we make a reservation.

  39. I dont even know what that means. I gave @enjoralas a paper check for Steamboat and he said I could have sent money thru the Interwebs or something. That's neat!
