It was circa 2006 so my order of events may be off: 1. Doug’s posting style rubbed a lot of people the wrong way on TGR. 2. Eventually this posting style led to a giant flame war where TGR members were legit harassing his family members in real life. 3. TGR members invaded PASR and spammed the shit out of the board. I believe mods had to stop new membership for that night and delete new accounts. 4. 15 year old chippy went on TGR to defend Doug and got destroyed to the point I felt bad for him. Grown adults were posting pics off his MySpace smh 5. TGR member JLaw witnessed these events and joined PASR8 points

While I applaud your actions you should probably stop doing that because it will eventually lead you to becoming the subject of a favorite interwebs video that tp4 enjoys watching Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk6 points

If God didn’t want us to taste steering wheels, he wouldn’t have shaped them like donuts.5 points

Good ole internet fuckery haha. Even I think the anti maskers are douche bags lol. I wear a mask in drive thru’s not for myself, but out of respect for the workers.5 points

Personally I don’t care if you wear a mask if socially distancing by acceptable lengths (tho I do if others are around even if we are 6-10 ft apart) but masks will be required when approaching the buffet.4 points

It was hilarious to watch Doug dig a hole way deeper than he could get out and when Chippy went in to help big brother Doug he got eaten alive. If the same thing happened today, Salty would be the Chippy.3 points

The TGR invasion of PASR has to be the most iconic event in PASR history. The ski999/papasteeze beef is legendary, but I would vote the TGR invasion as #1.3 points

I think we need one of these for a cheese ball dispenser. https://www.chewy.com/bergan-wall-mounted-pet-dispenser/dp/56968?utm_source=google-product&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=hg&utm_content=Bergan&utm_term=&gclid=Cj0KCQiAk53-BRD0ARIsAJuNhpvc5DSmi9KNGE9ffKaV_-FNZULCP5Oc2KCLSufkJH1MHT6MinnvqdkaAg0NEALw_wcB3 points

I wore a mask while driving alone the other day. I was actually really happy to have it. I was at the dentist and left with a numb mouth and as wearing a nice white dress shirt so I popped on the mask to avoid any potential stain inducing spittle.3 points

Your voice and your vote matter. Support people who value land preservation and not tax money. I'm glad that the township I live in has some of the highest amounts of preserved farmland in Northampton County because people out here value that, surprisingly. Most of my runs out here are through preserved farmland which is great. There are very few large plots of land available for development that aren't preserved.3 points

The only good thing to come out of that (other than the laughs) was getting King Law to be a part of our crew.2 points

Same with people who move near an airport and complain about loud planes flying over their homes.2 points

It helps in case you sneeze while driving, then the next person who uses the car won’t get Covid when they lick the steering wheel.2 points

Warehouses only pop up in places where the land is cheap and plentiful and the highways are easily accessible. If you don't like them then don't live near the confluence of major interstate highways.2 points

Wow just wow. Your aunt is a real asshole. At least at wegmans and Costco employees have the balls to say something.2 points

I think a lot of people are getting weird because due to the pandemic we're doing fewer activities and consuming way too much content online and on TV.2 points

I loathe the comments in March when people are truly perplexed that you can ski when it hasn't snowed in their backyard in a while.2 points

They need to utilize every opportunity they get now. Even if it is only for an hour. I saw they upgraded the drive train for the 6pack, so hopefully it only breaks down once per ride instead of three times.1 point

I'm super flexible on mask or no mask both for myself and what others do, but probably won't be sharing any vapes, etc.1 point

They could be in company cars. Whenever I’m in a car for work I have to wear a mask1 point

fair enough, just be sure to get the cctv footage when you say it to the wrong person.1 point

There you go Salty you can move to Moore township. Then you’ll probably complain that you have to drive 20+ minutes to get to Target.1 point

I saw this week that the CDC is saying that the actual number of infections is likely 8 times what the reported number is. This has me feeling optimistic because you figure at the current number of 14 million cases, that would mean that 112 million have already been infected. With a US population of 330 million, if we get a couple rounds of the vaccine distributed it will dramatically slow down the spread. Although it won't be eliminated for a a while it will surely slow down after we eclipse 50% and move toward herd immunity. I'm sure there is a rebuttal to this by people way smarter than me, but I'm going to proceed forward with a hopeful attitude.1 point

I love the "are they making snow?" question. No, Karen, just because you are cold doesn't mean its cold enough to make snow.1 point

What triggers me is when non skiing friends ask me when Blue mountain is opening like it’s fucking Dorney Park..my answer now is not for a long time. I say it’s cold but not cold enough.1 point

There's a phrase, till it and kill it. Moving wet snow on warm ground is a great way to get it to melt. Sent from my XP8800 using Tapatalk1 point
