It was a great way to end the trip. Snow report listed 5” but the sign at the lift said a foot of fresh snow. Depending on where you were with the wind, it was both. Took the 830 bus and there was a little crowd for the Silver Queen lift. On the lift shortly after 9 and went down paradise to the paradise lift. Little wind blown on top but boot deep fresh in spots lower. Down it again to Lower Treasury which had untouched snow. Wasn’t the lightest snow and made you work but it was grate. Down something else to SQL and said byes to @AtomicSkier. Kept lapping woods, bumps, and packed pow until my legs hurt. Pretty much stayed Horseshoe to international area down to SLQ with occasional runs to Paradise lift. Caught the 115 back and the roads in down were already dry. Had a ton of fun and my legs are worked. It was a good day.17 points

Gas fireplace and I can’t control that. But I can view and control heat from my app. Maybe I will turn the heat way down tonight while they are sleeping just to mess with them. 😈5 points

Easy. They'll need to submit a 10,000 word essay describing their work. The essay should include 5 professional references and should not be accepted unless it's on times new Roman font...size 11 max, double spacing is not allowed. From there Blue mountain would then verify the authenticity by first bringing on a certified university professor from the Harvard School of Medicine to review and grade each essay. If a B or higher is received, Blue mountain would then contact the 5 professional references to officially certify authenticity. Upon receipt of a B or higher as well as authenticity certification...the health care professional will then need to present a reenactment of their duties in front of Barb and the dude who's name i can't remember. This reenactment will be held in the wedding gazebo complete with scenic view. If Barb is legitimately brought to tears, a pass will be granted for the 21-22 season.5 points

Another great day skiing, the slopes were in good shape, but not super like Monday. Challenge was a little marbley after a little bit. Razors top section was a little patchy with firm and soft spots, But once you’ve got down to Razorback it was nice and consistent. The west side slopes were a little soft but fun when I got over there. I put some yellow hydrocarbon wax on last night and it helped when things warmed up. Fresh edges helped on razors. No lines at all today, hopefully things will stay like the rest of the season. Got down to 32° last night, but were in for a couple of warm nights. Hopefully below freezing again on Friday night. Took a couple lifts up with BenM, nice to catch up on things.4 points

Love that third picture with only your tracks!4 points

It was very deep ... they report 5" and their cams were almost 8" by the time they opened. The one sign said 12". It was certainly over 8" on the hill. The wind was blowing pretty hard which made it down to hardpack in some places, and extremely deep/heavy in other places. I skied for an hour and got untracked every run, with *very* light crowds. I was shocked how empty it was.4 points

Spring sports are starting up for kids this weekend and next. That'll take a lot of the families out of the equation which will be nice.4 points

As of right now my plan is to get an Epic pass because of east coast options and easily getting to JFBB for a change of scenery if I wanted.... and I really want to get to CB next year with @JFskiDan if @Barb will let me. I could easily make both passes worth my time so I guess it is just pulling the trigger on one. For ~$550 the Ikon pass is a pretty great price with my student discount. I'm Curious what the Epic will be. I guess we'll find out in 2 weeks.3 points

I heard yesterday it is no longer free. The charge is minimal, but it’s not free anymore. And why do you hate old people so much? Aren’t they supplying you with most of your business?3 points

I'll try my best to make this cb outing for sure. I have multiple flights to AZ in my future so we'll see. I'm 100% doing the ORDA card again.2 points

Don’t worry @GrilledSteezeSandwichi don’t want to share a bathroom with you. My place only has one so I will pre approve all guests. But maybe when you come to CO next month we can actually meet up.2 points

Wonder if bindings are part of their 30% sale right now. If not, don’t forget your season pass discount!2 points

16 might be a bit high, even for Harvard academic review. Gotta remember this will eventually be presented with the Zincies who might need it closer to a 4.2 points

Either will be fine. I like Look bindings better than Tyrolis but the Look bindings Blue has are like $3002 points

This is bananas. I got free shipping since it was between $20 to $50 extra for expedited shipping of various time frames. Woulda been a complete waste of Johnny Cash. If they actually come by Friday I'll be ripping down Challenge on them by Sunday. Maybe I'll even be first in line even after picking them up from True Blue on Sunday morning2 points

No! Jack Frost did that to me with their over 65 discount, cancelled it just when I became eligible. They figured they needed to give the discount to people just getting into the sport, which I can’t blame them for I guess.2 points
