None of those jibs will be used. Those were just listed because they are the ones we currently have, but he said they would be throwing all of those away. When we talked with him, he said that he like plain rails, and not to much circus shit. But he doesnt have any definites for Montage. He said once the mountain sells, he will start drawing the blue prints for the park, and then will start the rails. But he said he likes Long flat rails, flat downs, urban down rails, and picnic table jibs. So be sure to see of those, plus many more.

Its bigger then everyone thinks. Probally 2,000ft at most, and 300+ft wide. At least its good enough for me.

If you read, you would have read my post today that made this thread active. With the GM saying they are going to start laying the pipes and snowmaking early next week or the next week. And there timeline has been to be finished by the time they open since they setteled the court case.

No, They are taking the trees out between mainline and spike, and going all the way to the top of the pipe. So, either take Iron Horse or Shuttle, and they arent leaving in the rope tow for the pipe. I wish they weere leaving in the rope tow, instead of having to hike the pipe.

Only problem i have with the new area for the park, is the lift.

Hi Rich, I have a couple questions relating to the mountain. 1. Hows progress with the sale coming, and has the deal closed yet? Closing should be next week! 2. I see SNOs website says they ordered the guns and everything, but they dont own it yet, what gives? In order to have them for the season they needed to be ordered now. They ordered them and work will begin on the piping late next week or early the week after. 2.At the park meeting Dick said about a Park Ranger job. He said I would be good for the job, so Would that be a paid job, or Simply just do it for free skiing? I

When i was there the lifts didnt seem slow. I mean they only travel up 500 or however small vert, i remember the ride up being pretty quick.

Go to the first SNO thread, the one SKI made after the meeting. Look at the trail map pics, and in the lower left hand corner you will see snowtubing which is right next to the top of boomer and runs down to were boomer and lightning meet. Now it will be over in the woods, and not touching the slopes.
