The food is good, and the prices are perfectly fair for ski area food. Can you find better food cheaper? Sure. Can you find crappier food for more money at other ski areas? Yup. Just because some people on here don't give a crap about anything that happens up top and come for an hour and a half to straightline top to bottom, does not mean that a good portion of blue's normal customers don't care about that. I'd be all for thinning out some underbrush off trail at blue, but I wouldn't hold my breath for it.

Not this season. They still have a ton of work to do over there. They chopped all the trees but as of last I was up, hadn't even begun ripping out the stumps yet, let alone lighting and snowmaking.

Wish I could swing a day off on Monday. Waves are supposed to be chest to head and clean with offshore winds all day in jersey.

So you'd have to do something like Killy Friday, something Saturday, Stowe Sunday? And then another random day somewhere?

Can you use all three at the same place on back to back days? That's a stupid good deal for Stowe or killy, if so

why the hate? They probably had close to the longest season in the country last year. Yeah it's expensive, yeah it's crowded, but it's always fun.

in-season gear online is hardly ever 40-50% off unless it's late season and there's like one of a really obscure size left. Leftovers of the previous season's gear is where you find those prices. As long as you don't care about an older graphic, that's the way to go.

Not that weird at all. All my current bindings should outlive the skis they're on no problem.

Maintain my status of best skier on the mountain. It might be tough now that GSSucks is back east though.

First! Killed my boots last season after three years, so I was due. Picked up some Lange XT130s (good lookin out GSSucks!) for something like $322 shipped. Guess I'll need to tour more this year. Who's in?
