Whispers are starting about a rail jam at either spectrum boardshop in ardmore or G-Spot in fairless hills thanks to Blue mountain, if there's more I'll post soon but possible dates are somewhere in the first week of december if all goes well with the groundwork.

They've already got a picnic table granted it's probably slower and some what shorter but what they need is an urban style double kink or some sort of skinnier kinked rail. I also doubt they'd try and blow snow this early because of such questionable weather and water temp. in the pond, but let me feel this out if there was some sort of rail jam using a rail or box from bear how many of you guys would go but it wouldn't be on bears premises.

there will be gear and board raffles at both the temple and cabrini premieres also the raffle tickets can be used at brownies 23 east in ardmore after the premieres for a free beer! (21 and over for that though)

Yo, I don't know how into snow videos all of you kids are but on the first of november at cabrini college there's a premiere of the rome video any means; and on the ninth of november there's a premiere at temple U of the DC Mountainlab 1.5.

They did that a couple years ago, they just put rails over it and kept it filled until they had comps. then they cut it and it was SO good, suggestion though if they do end up getting rid of/filling the pipe put up a rail jam set up like at killington how they have the "ole rail park" Also the more I hear people making a case about a team it sounds like a pretty cool idea, the only thing earlier I wasn't saying no one would join I was actually posing the question about how many people would be interested personally it sounds cool but having the time is the issue.

I'm not saying it's possible to always have a good pipe but I've tried their pipe after it's been cut and it's inconsistent as far as quality granted I don't know everything about pipe cutting I'm sure it all depends on conditions snow quality and everything else as to how the pipe is post cut, also I do make that effort I get there at opening if not a little before it but from about 11 to maybe 7 or 8 there are kids and parents in there; now I'm talking from how things were last year and as I'm sure we've all read even more has been done for the up and coming season to deal with the problems I mentioned, I also agree that a team would only add another group and form to give input to mountain changes and additions.

I think what bear needs to do is get their shit on the mountain totally straight before they look into a team like make sure all of the changes and additions to the park make the place a good environment to even have a team for, I mean I wouldn't want to be on a team and be trying to practice for a demo or comp or something and have to deal with little kids and their parents all over the jumps and parks... that aside like everyone was saying up the page, the pipe most likely with a team you'd want to be able to showcase the full range of the mountain jibs,jumps,rails and of course pipe meaning one that was cut well and maintained correctly; I'm not saying bear doesn't have it together because they have some of the illest terrain I've ever ridden but being able to really make sure things work correctly and they have a good pipe is all kind of important, also would they actually be able to get more then 3 kids who are interested in riding for them?

I don't think he meant a literal set of bleachers, my guess is something like this?

pipes around here are never quality, it's just hard to keep a good pipe with our conditions and all it's better to just keep it filled up and put features over it and cut when you're going to have a comp....

they did say they were replacing the double near the half pipe so we'll see what we get but as long as it's faster then that old chair it's good.

That's how spectrum board shop is gonna do theirs next year, we're actually talking about trying to get bear to throw up the rails for it but I need to get to the park crew and probably mark about it.

I thought I read something about adding guns along the jump line as well as more/better lighting for there and around the rest of the parks?

That sounds like a good time but has anyone verified this yet?

Black bear had the progression jumps and that butter pad was sick I hope that makes a return, also that channel gap scared the hell out of me but I hope they make it again this year; Also I'm pretty sure all of the new guns are in but how about plans for the jump line this year?

What about one of those barrel features where the barrel's on its side with transition up on either side of it, they also need to have the mail box make an appearance this year that and the barrel were short lived.

Who cares about the cold just be prepared and it's just as fun as a warm day, but the age thing isn't a big deal and ice... what coast do we live on does it really matter whether it's icy or not?

18 to drink and amazing conditions that's basically why temple picks canada for their destinations because it's cheap and easy drinking and you never have a bad day of riding.

I've seen spines like that one at bear mtn. popping up a lot lately I don't know how to feel about that feature, anyone ridden one good bad or what?

They picked a different place for the trip this year I forget where but hey it's canada riding right; but as for everything else snowboarder mag hell yeah!

both of these features are looking awesome and I don't really see any other way of setting it up besides like in that picture from echo, as far as that quarter pipe placement at the bottom of the jump line!

Nice someone else at temple, I'm actually also a freshman but I'm commuting to make things easier for the winter.

They've had implants that do that 5 year stuff for a while but there's not a lot of studies as to what happens after that 5 so it's a sorta sketchy for of B.C., I'd say stick to condoms and the pill....
