The jibmind definately looks sweet. I agree with the flat down flat, it definately needs more down. Id rather it be a down flat down though instead of a flat down flat. The rollecoaster if built correctly will be sick. As for the cement mixer. I just cant wait to be like, yeah Blue's park is epic, the have a cement mixer.

Season is right around the corner so figured Id start a topic to get people stoked. List some personal ideas or what you think Blue's got up their sleeve this year. Id personally like to see a channel gap. Like a functional one that isnt like two 5ft tables next to eachother. The quarter pipe last year was a great idea but executed all wrong. Its location was kinda sketchy and wasnt maintained very well but in the little park its understandable cause people just carve it. Maybe some better jibs (I think everyone agrees on that) like some street style or even like some little stuff like a picnic table or something and maybe see that down flat down staircase this year. As for competitions I think they should bring the big air comp back that they had on top of Falls.

Lol that girl was my friend Jess. She got warped on that rail big time but she was alright. Just shooken up a bit lol.

Sick day. Sore muscles. Mad sunburn. That about sums it up. Mad props to Boulder for putting this together. Everything was perfect except for the clusters of people on the landings but that was expected. Most of them learned to stay out of the way after getting taken out a bunch of times lol.

So are there gonna be jumps for sure? And if so is the competition on rails, jumps or both?

Papasteeze. I see what your getting at. Its not a bad idea at all and it could work out really well. It also has a chance of not working out at all but it does have potential and you nailed it when you said its rather late to try it now. I really think that next year is going to be well for BB with how well they did this year and how their name really got out. Next year I feel would be the best time to try your idea but not just yet because more people will be going to Boulder and will realize how good it is and will be looking for all the events and happenings there. Right now people know that BB was awesome but when I told people that it was still open in April people were looking at me like I had 3 heads and everyone had the same attitude "winter is over" and nobody cared to look. But anyway, its definately impressive with how well BB stepped it up this year and how much snow they still have. One the biggest advantages for them I feel this year was when all the mountains were closing and BB was building a new park. Also add me to the list of people that will be attending May Day.

Anybody notice "in this month"? Not saying its anything but it might be something?

I never said blue doesnt care about their park. I said they dont just care about their park. Its not like all 31 trails are park... Blue did a great job with stepping it up from like 3-4 years ago when the best feature was a 4ft high double barrel rainbow. And yeah this day in age most of the people going snowboarding and skiing are kids and they see people like Travis Rice, and Shaun White, Danny Kass, Eddie Wall.. Everybody wants to ride park. How many years back most mountains didn't even have a park and now they are competing for the best one.

Yeah I dont really like Bear all that much but thats just an opinion not a fact. Ill give them rail quality.. They have that. But rails aren't everything. Although making fun of Blue's attempt at circus rails? The swingset was a way better idea then a j rail in the past? Yeah Id say so. And yeah vert does mean something.. I would not want to blink and my run would be over but again some people dont mind that. Both mountains are good. Blue doesn't just care about park though . I mean yeah its the smart thing to do because thats where all the money is but they have the size to focus a lot on family trails that are designed for beginners. All in all they are both decent mountains. I mean everyone is so full of pride and stuff with PA mountains but are mountains suck compared to up North and out West. They would laugh at us for even saying we have good parks and what not. But hey Ill give Bear the fact that there lodge is really nice. Very creative designing.
