haha Stevo, been grounded for two weeks. Havent been up.

Everything in Blues park is reasonably decent. Nobody really hits the sliding board but that rail is so much fun especially with speed.. The top is great. The c rail is good once you get it dialed.. The crackerbarrel is pointless with that horrible landing. S-box is really gay. It could be good if it was built right. I've gotten it twice so far but the amount of effort you have to go through to get it is rediculous. Getting technical on that rail is basically impossible. Jump line is decent. The top jump you have to turn into though I dont really like. Messes you up big time when that turn is icy. They are talking about putting a jump down next to the flat down flat. As for the swingset and the bus, I like them. Some people dont but they make great photo ops and are set up rather well. Plus they are intimidating so they stay in good shape cause nobody will touch them except the kids that are good enough. The "season ender" is really not as big as I expected it to be. The hip jump before it is really stupid but you can still get some decent speed for it and it is setup nice for spins. The wall has been better than expected too. Thats just my outlook. A lot of you may not agree but thats just what I think.

The c is very possible. Easy to get. The s is also possible just requires a lot of work due to horrible contruction. I got my tail to touch the last c and slipped off. My advice is start with a nose slide then when you hit the flat you gotta lean on the right side of the flat (with your nose high tail low) basically not being flat on the box. That will get you centered then for the next c. Its really hard to commit but its definately possible. This one skiier almost had it yesterday.

I thought the park was decent.. All rails up top including the up box I liked a lot. The jump line was decent. I really was hoping for some bigger hits and I am sure they will eventually come. The sliding board, bus, and swingset I liked as I know some of you didnt. The bus is actually set up quite well I think although it should be a bigger gap onto it. Sliding board is a lot of fun but rather sticky yet. The swingset is a waste of metal maybe but I had fun with it. Fell off it once and it is pretty scary. Crackerbarrel. Nothing that great. I think if their was actually a landing it might be decent. The c box is nice, the wall is really good. The hip thing I think was kind of pointless. The two hits were nice and I liked the steep landings but the gaps need to be bigger and the left one needs more pop. The s/c box.. lets not even go there. I think they should just make a regular s rail. Its the first couple days its open though so just give it time.

Can't make it up today.. Ill be up 7:30 tomorrow morning for the fresh cord though. Whoever goes up tonight can you get some details on what you can't see from the lift. Thanks and go big!

2 SETS of hydrants.. I think the 5th one is hooked up to one up on midway.

There were definately 2 huge mounds of snow after the bus that looked like jumps.. They might put rails on them or something but there were definately big mounds.

Nope thats in order. There is a table to the right of the bus, say if you were coming down the trail and one farther down straight ahead of the bus. The swingset I dont think was moved at all and is in the same spot.

The features I saw today in order were, the staircase that was on come around in the beginning, then the bus, 2 tables (1 was rather massive), the swingset, the wall, a couple mounds of snow (im thinking for rails), then a big landing with a kicker being built where the 70 was last year, a lot of snow where the hip was last year if you call it a hip. Then they set up the s box at the bottom. The s box is set up really wierd for where you get on. Most of those you already knew but thats the update I saw from the lift.

Almost at my knees. So I exaggerated a little bit it wasnt hardcore backcountry but it was deep enough and it felt like floating. For how bad this season has been it was some sweet stuff. And I did not say it was powder once in that last post.. I said the closest thing to it I would see all year and I am heading up to Vermont later on this season. All I was saying was it was so sweet for how bad this season has been. lol no shit it wasnt real powder. Gotta put on some reading glasses bro.

Dude I poached Sidewinder 3 times now and havent been caught. Im not gonna do it again though cause that is just sketchy but seriously.. It is so worth it.. The snow is so soft it was honestly like riding out West. Not regreting it at all because it will be probably be the closest thing to Pow Ill ride all year.

Yeah I do, we did it twice with like 10 people each time. lol

Yo anybody watch the news.. Im in school right now and there was supposively a gun in here.. We were in lockdown half the day.. Northern Lehigh High School. It's hysterical.

Tomorrow Valley lodge is back in action. 6 more trails.. Im guessing Raceway, Tuts lane, Homestretch, Falls, Shuttle, and Valley School West. Still not that much of a selection but shortly after that, Sidewinder, Challenge, Razors... Sweet deal.

Yeah a safe landing will be a little difficult.. I definately agree with some people on the flat landings last year.. Im sure people have complained and it will most definately be a lot better this year.

Blues park is gonna be sick just like the rest of them.. They were blowing on Sidewinder all day today basically so we will see rather soon. 70fter seems possible. I think the park will be more challenging then most of the other parks though. I hope they have the down flat down s set up the first day its open!

Well we will all now how well Blue stepped up if the pipe is maintained.. Lol instead of being cut twice a year.

Boulder park is pretty big. The last one is perfect for spinning. Id say 60ft tops for the biggest one.

Yeah I imagine they will open the bus, the wall, and the swingset for sure considering they are already set up. Its hard to say though but yeah with all those new guns, it took like 6 days last year so I am saying maybe 5 nights? We will see. That would be sick though.

I dont know if anyone else in here gets those Blue Mountain issues in their e-mail but I got one yesterday saying they will begin blowing on trails this week such as Sidewinder, Paradise, and Razors. Oh man! Sounds good to me!

You get 3 days if you lost your pass you get a free lift.. But they deactivate your pass for that day.
