How was it this afternoon? I still have yet to get my park pass this year I think I'll do it tomarrow since the Stevenson will be open.

I don't ride drunk but I don't mind the occasional brewski or two taking a break. This is pretty efffed up though. This guy has to have more issues than just being drunk to beat up a 12 year old. I would love to have seen Ski patrol take this guy into custody and hold him until the police arrived. Do you think they used a ski lock to cuff him?

No runs in on Marjies I guess they opened it around noon and being that it was wet probably wasn't powder anyways so I don't feel like I missed anything. Everything else was great though! Asp had a little death cookies field on the right side easily avoidable but thats to be expected first day open. Stoked for the Stevenson opening tomorrow!
-
Super lame marjies never opened! Ski patrol and rangers clueless about it lol I have to say though the conditions were great.
-
Gonna get up early and see how this is tomorrow. Powder conditioning rocks Hey powder hounds!!! Marjie's Delight will be open tomorrow UN-GROOMED with fresh snow!!! We will also open Asp, John Bailey, and Laurel Glade tomorrow morning. The Stevenson Lift will be opening on Wednesday with Nile Mile and Little Caesar. Christmas Day Camelback will have 90% of trails open 6. Marjie's Delight - Closing at 4pm for snowmaking.

Well I work up this morning at 7am looked out the window sand seen a beautiful 5" layer of fluff outside. I went to my laptop to see if there were any additional trail openings and my mouse stopped working so I rebooted and it wouldn't start, kind a bummer on the morning but I'll get back to that. Brushed the truck off was on the road by 7:50 I seen some strange personal plow truck push snow onto the road around the sharp turn on 191 and drive away, I thought that was odd... was he trying to cause an accident? Stopped at the A+ off broad st. exit on 80 for a sugar free monster and some gasolina. Pulled into the free parking lot at 8:15 started the tunes on my iphone. Just as I was about to put my headphones in I heard the dude next to me complain to his friend that he's gonna shit his pants if he doesn't get his boots on quick and run up to the lodge.... it made me chuckle and start my walk up to the Sullivan with a smile as Matisayu was the first song in my iphoned shuffle for some Jewish reggae rock stoke. I reached the Sullivan just as they were letting the public onto the hill, I missed first trax but thats ok because it wasn't crowded at 8:30 yet everyone was buying tickets and getting ready. First run down Marjies I was a little disapointed most of the soft stuff blew up over the top of the marjies head wall so it was pretty icy at the top but the goods were midway down and I got a little float on the sides in some untracked. Next run I went for to Cleo in search of the goods! I found what I was looking for on the walls, the wind blew most of the goods up against the walls for calf deep untracked that I tracked up to the fullest in the next couple runs. I went over to king tut which just opened yesterday and found more stash spots up on the walls that the skiers just seemed to avoid or not notice more for me! 8 runs when the crowds came in definitely worth waking up early for I just wish we had more snow... I can't complain I got some float and mini pillow drops riding high up on the walls and dropping back in over rocks and little ledges from the frozen man made snow underneath. PA Pow stoke! I hope everyone else had a great morning! I might go back out at 3 to ride w/ some value pass friends. Now I'm home and my pc magically started but the mouse still didn't work. I asked google what could this problem be and he told me on the first search result that your motherboard probably needs a reset unplug your laptop shut down, start up again and replug in the power supply. MAGIC mouse works PC starts, weird huh but made for an even better day I don't have to worry about troubleshooting the problem PEACE OUT! :rock :rock :rock

Just scope out local power line trails on any nearby mountain/big hill. Many are graded flat down flat down like.
