indeed, i fit them in store and purchased online because i had a promotional code.
I should probably buy them off you, I ride like I have 2 left feet.
-
thats pretty ridiculous. the greater and lesser than symbols dont refer to a quadratic sidecut do they?
thats very, very odd. they cad-up the designs for every model. why keep the consumer in the dark?
Do ski's use quadratic, progressive, degressive side-cuts? this would probably cause papa's head to explode....
-
i got two lefts for my new boots! wooow...
I assume you bought them on line, or have a very bad boot fitter

I'm going to wait till the 3rd, hopefully other places in PA will also open on the 3rd, if not sooner.
Both Accuweather and Weather.com are showing a warm front coming through on Monday - Wednesday next week, temps back into the 50's and not freezing at night
CB/Blue/Shawnee must be cursing this on/off weather forecasting.
-
Shawnee have just posted on their website that they are now planning to open on December 3rd
If this is true for them, I can't see CB or Blue stepping up for this weekend.
Looks like it's off to new york / vermont then....
-
Ha...well, directions might be nice to have, as well.
it all seems to be there, you just have to use the search window...
the place looks nice, who's been there?
-
Greek Peak's website is the worst I've come across for a ski area, no trail map, condition reports, opening anouncements, WTF are they doing
Am I missing something?
Nice photo montage of how to buy a ticket though.....very f'in useful

Hopefully someday.
We all die someday....

A coach has told me to let the trees on the side of the slope read the words on the my ski bases.
I guess the trick is to let them read it without "leaving an impression"

Does anyone have any idea if they will be opening more trails at Belleayre this weekend?
Were they blowing any more trails when people were up there last weekend?
-
the vapor, t6, custom x, baron es, feelgood es, idiom, and shag.
I guess thats the "pressure distribution edge", the idea (as explained on their website) is somewhat different to the lib-tech idea, though it has enough similarity to allow Burton to play "me too".
I dunno why people feel the need to criticise Burton generally for being successful, it's not like they've sold out and started making ski's or anything...
-
Hey everbody, it's going to snow this week.
be good, play nicely, go out and enjoy wherever you can find snow (and not get prosecuted...).
-
Uhhh, Burton's been making boards with "Magna-Traction" for a few years now. If anything, it's LibTech that's ripping off Burton.
I must have missed that one, which models have this?
I would have thought they would have jumped all over Lib Tech for infringement if this were true.
I think with the new wave of freestylers, LT making ski's will be a huge success for them.

Ski999, would you rather have Montage as your home mountain than Hunter? I sense a little jeolousy.
Oh no, here we go again...
-
I dont believe he wants to fight you, cuz a reason he hates Hunter is the fights. So i would guess that he wouldnt want to throw rights with you.

New advertising approach...
that's better
not better, I give up...

New advertising approach...
why can't I attach a picture?

You're both wrong. Both companies developed their own capstraps independently from each other. Nobody stole any tech. Rumor has it that MFM spearheaded the Technine capstrap,
I heard it came from Justin Hebbel (hence the name "baltimore", where he's from), MFM just adopted it .

Looks quiet, but only one run?
Any more likely early this week?
-
You could come up to Killington? 13 trails and 3 lifts today and hoepfully more tomorrow.
How busy was it?
-
Yea, unless the top is open, Hunter it is....
Hunter is only offering 1 run down to mid-station, Hellgate / 7th avenue and 1 lift to get back up (F lift)
Who knows the best way to Belleayre from Stroudsburg, 84 -> 87 -> 28? or is there a better way?
I guess I'd equate it to Big Pocono, without the runout at the bottom; an easy blue square. The upper half, above midstation, is a diamond run, though.
according to their trail map, the top is a DD, the lower a D.
-
If they can put enogh down before the temps go back up it has a decent chance of surviving.
Yeah, but less so if they are open.
-
There is no way they would understand. It's the Mother-in-laws flagship holiday.
As it is, they will talk plenty about us behind our backs when we leave at 5 AM on Friday ...
I have a great relationship with my mother in law, it's improved hugely (from my perspective) since we put a few thousand miles and lots of water between us.
-
I'd prefer not to watch everyone else skiing from 730 until 8 AM.
You mean like the staff who spend the half hour "checking the trails" before the pond-life are allowed on the lifts.

That would be nice if it were true, it might even mean a later closing in the spring![:)](https://www.paskiandride.com/forums/uploads/emoticons/default_smile.png)
I guess we'll see how it goes this season, give them a chance to shine (or suck)
