    Bindings

I like the hiback rotation. It did feel a little weird at first but I got used to it. Better response with. With a 15 boot I would definitely do some research and see what bindings handle that. I have the Burton Co2 and I love them, dont even realize you are strapped in. That said I don't think they are worth the retail price. Luckily I found a nice sale on them.
  2. Anybody ever do the bobsled run up there? Worthwhile?

There is a Colorado based snowboard maker not well known east called Venture Snowboards that makes all their boards at narrow and wide widths. I think the wides all have 28cm waist. They don't have a huge product line but it might be worth a look. http://www.venturesnowboards.com/ I actually bought one from them recently so I can give a review whenever I get a chance to use it. Hopefuly verrry soon.
  4. I skied a long time then felt the urge to lose the training wheel and its been a lot of fun. I would suggest waiting on a purchase until after you tried it a few times. During those first few days you will likely find yourself on the ground and probably even develop a new appreciation for your tailbone. start with a lesson the boots should fit firm enough that you dont get heel lift
