a lift ticket is just that... a lift ticket. They have no right to check for one unless you are getting on the lift. What if a parent brings their kid to the mountain to go skiing, and they don't ski. Do they have to leave the premesis immediately or buy a lift ticket? Are they not allowed to chill in the lodge or walk around outside while their kid is skiing? Jordan

one thing is for sure, Blue Ridge doesent want JFBB back, they don't want to be bothered running ski areas. The only reason they didnt flat out sell it is because they want to make sure the ski areas stay open to increase property values, because their real business is selling real estate. That said, Peak might opt out of the deal after 5 years now that they own a real deal ski area (mount snow)

jfbb went from being managed by a company who didnt give a rats ass about the bottom line at the ski areas as long as they werent in the red to a company where all they do is run ski areas... what do you expect?
