  1. Yeah they told me at guest services Sunday that they are open through 4/7 I believe BB is open through 4/14, but smart non Park rats will be at Hunter that weekend. The extra drive will be less than the extra time you spend on lift rides 5x longer than your runs
  2. No coincidence I started producing a CD the same month I stopped paying alimony
  3. Alimony is all done and, given 50/50 custody, child support payments cost me about as much as splitting a pizza and hot cocoa at Blue 2-3x a month.
  4. I was responding to someone who brought up the topic of skiing expenses. But if you dont care, that is fine and somewhat symmetrical because I dont care that you dont care.
  5. Could wind up at CB next weekend, but Hunter more likely for me.
  6. I spent less that half that for 3, even including gas and meals. But I am glad to hear you got to ski a lot and had a good winter. Hope to get another few days in still myself.
  7. Congrats we came out at $10 assuming we dont hit CB again on the pass
  8. Guest services when they gave us our tix for today
  9. Both express lifts at CB opened by noon. 100% of trails open. Conditions better on Stevenson side, with the best of main face being Marge, Rocket & Big Po. Baselisk is a fun trail. Definitely narrower and steeper than lower sidewinder. Wonder if they will ever open the part of the old slide route above it to skiers. Definitely would also be skiable with some snow. No need to save free ticket for next weekend, they said pass holders from other mountains can ski as many times as they like through closing day a week from today.
  10. Plus gift cards
  11. This was my day at Plattekill https://www.plattekill.com/powder-parties-and-gravy/?fbclid=IwAR068u7HynypRe2R-8hjmQTGwYDiIQ6miwdiS_uCReGw5BNV_aJ6eh1rtkw
  12. And CB are 100% open including Baselisk. Look forward to checking that out. If Blue goes Vail I will check it out again when I get my 2020-21 Epic Pass next March. Been fun having a VIP access pass to the best PA skiing within 90 min of my home and occasionally hanging with you all in the lot.
  13. Camelback now saying their offer is good the rest of the season, though may just be for a single day for each pass holder the way it is worded
  14. Nice, kids have not been to Camelback much at all. Will take them there Saturday. Thanks for the heads up.
  15. Sad to be getting near the end of the Skison. Blue Sat, then see what is left after that
  16. I'll be at Hunter or Snow 4/6-7 weekend if Blue closes
  17. Sure, but more than are gonna be there this mon-fri with them closing at 5.
  18. That is nuts to close on a Friday. Why not just close after last weekend? Throwing $ away.
  19. JF seems to be shooting for 4/1. But maybe they are fooling. Surely that day would not be profitable, so only for bragging rights.
  20. I always want to spend more of my free time in my bindings than I spend chauffeuring my skis
  21. Made it home in 3:10 including taking a gas stop and McDs drive through stop. Quicker going there in AM I'm sure. So if we get 2 days of skiing in and spend the night up there, same drive time to ski time ratio as day tripping to Blue. And 2x the ski days with better quality ski terrain and more snow. Gonna be digging the Peak pass.
  22. They suggested the idea in a text after I left, I didnt ask
  23. Also real nice that my friend who just moved to 30 min from Hunter pretty much extended open invite for my kids and I to crash there on ski weekends next year Made a good investment by taking them out to nice dinner and drinks
  24. Mid 40s by afternoon today.
