With the late start I feel so far behind and am constantly playing this never-ending game of "catch up". It's like those dreams where you try to run but never get anywhere and, therefore, I feel compelled to ski everyday. It is tragic. It's hard to stop myself. I have a problem.
Black Bear and Polar Bear also both left ungroomed. End of Sunday had nice moguls on Squatch, Extreme, Grizz, Black Bear, and Polar Bear. Best snow I've ever skied in PA. Rotd goes to polar bear imo. Such nice round bumps.
Yep, I did hit a big ice chunk under some pow on the right side of switchback... Luckily only with one ski so I held on to it. Sorry to hear about the injury.
My car at the end of the day:
damn.... I didn't even leave yet... Had to shovel 3 ft drifts in the driveway. 5 inches woulda been nice....coulda just backed out and left with no shoveling.
Yeah, it was weird... I didn't see anyone last night except JLaw. I was mostly lapping Main St until we met up at the top of the sixer and then skied Switchback and razors just to convince ourselves that they were as bad as they looked. Toasts pic says it all. Nicely done, Toast.
What time is it supposed to start coming down? Earlier this week I had it in my head Friday night might be a good time to be on the hill.... Now I'm hearing later?
