so does the new placement of the bleacher get in the way of getting speed for the dc stair?? i havent been up in a week so jw what other peoples opinions are on it??

the vids on boulders web site are soo good...idk but there is just something about that between the riding and the editing that just makes them so good!

the big stair is permanent it can't be moved without taking out the cement footings

i think that there are many other options other than filling it in with dirt. i think that park crew could make some very interesting features by keeping the walls the way they are. you could build a mini pipe, i mean i cant even imagine what they could do, it would be really interesting. and i mean hey if we get a good year make it into the pipe. i dont think it needs to be as drastic as filling it in with dirt.

this weather sucks right when bear gets good snowmaking and great conditions we have this shitty warm spell that fucks everything up

bear still has alot of piles that they never pushed out for this reason. i think that they really wont have a problem making it through, you will be able to see the difference, but they should make it.

it did seem like there was more last year but i do like the flow in the park...it works well as long as your good enough to hit everything and dont mess up, cuz on the jump line if you case one they your done for the others lol but when they get more snow again i think it might be cool if they put the adjustable wall ride after the bonk, so you hit the bonk, then come off and go right into another bonk. only think about the barrol bonk, maybe if you could push a little more snow up for the back, cuz i mean maybe its just me, but when i go to bonk i get it but land so far down the back, sometimes not even landing on the transition. otherwise i like the new set up!

set up was good last night, everyone was maintained pretty well except the jumps in tubing, they were rutted to shit. there was really no possible way to spin off of them cuz when you would try and get your begining turn off the jump you would ride across the giant rut. the last jump in black bear (the first jump of the year) was maintained way better than the expert park. that jump and the giant one in big hit were the only ones you could really spin off of without having to worry about hitting a rut

yeh im not haten on you for making a bad lip i just think that it would be better to have a gap so that you can adjust yourself in the air and have some time to do it too.

the jumps in cascade dont really make me think of that as the expert park except the very last jump in the big hit. they should at least be bigger cheese wedges, cuz all the noobs arent afraid to hit these jumps cuz there were ruts in them last night...and as for the double c box, the jump onto it wasnt set up very good, i mean its a flat lip right up against the box and the box starts very slanted. i think there should be a gap so you have time to adjust your board instead of having to ollie onto it.

i love how nobody knows about this rail jam that is supposly happening tonight! Bear doesnt even have anything on the web site...but looks like we can expect a nice set of three or so jumps in cascade and prob another two or three is tubing

bear creek has a nice little beginner park, not many people are in it and it has real nice set ups and mellow stuff

i think bear will redue the parks or at least set up cascade on sat night cuz tonight obvously they can blow and same with tomorrow, so sat is supposed to be a low of 33 so they wont blow, so they should prob end up setting up the new set up.

here's my opinion on setting up the nw parks...bear will be able to blow all today and all tonight and into the morning tomorrow, then again tomorrow night. So I think that we will see a new set up may e Sunday if not a little later. But I also heard from a friend that rode last night that they have the guns from tubing also pointed into the big hit, so that twice as much snow, so I think that we can def look to see a pretty nice set of jumps in the big hit park at least, hopefully some in cascde too, and maybe even black bear!

just my opinion from past experiences, conditions usually suck when they are making snow...not to mention the wind chill tonight is in the single digits...buts its one of those things that you've got to suck up cuz with these next couple days they will be able to get a pretty good base down and hopefully finally a good park in cascade set up. i dont see why not, they seem to have some good piles in there already and they still have around 48 or so hours of round the clock.

fuck scanning there really arent that many people that try to get on with out tickets, its a pain in the ass to get scanned everytime.
