Heard from an employee on the chair on Saturday that "Something needs resurfacing" so bearing makes sense. Also makes sense why they didn't waste blowing snow on Coming Soon, useless if they can't run the quad. Otherwise I'm sure it would have been in the opening lineup

No way on Coming Soon. They didn't even try on it, looking at the last headwall, they weren't blowing on it either.

If they did top to bottom new sticks on Razors, they could probably open it before Widow, resources wise

I know, it's weird that they are all going to the same cam. If you copy/paste them it should go to the three seperate ones, they are distinct there. The number after 231 designated the cam, 231 is Camelback. Blue is 230. For some reason they all go to 231-03 when you click them. Like DiMe said, they're not opening for another week. My suspicion is that they've marked the cams as "under maintenance", so no one grabs screens of how much snow they have and gives them shit on Facebook for not opening this weekend.

Pretty sure no blackout dates but there does need to be capacity. Buddy pass essentially acts like a voucher to make the cart $0 when you are checking out, so there's gotta be a ticket available to put in the cart.

Noticeable difference in attitude about generating stoke, as Camelback has removed the links to their base, Sunbowl amd tubing cams, everywhere you can see them making snow

Yeah, it's definitely the Paradise runout, well, which is I guess is the NM/DW runout too, lol. We were up there again today enroute to Camelback to activate our passes and stopped in for a peek. Could ID the spot the camera is pointed at although there wasn't anything blown there at the time. They were also still blowing all out the full length of Burma as well as across the top of the mountain, Tuts and Crossover, at noonish based on the clouds. There was a random white spot 2/3 of the way up Razors where they must have had one gun on for awhile. Maybe a test?

Liking that the new Razors cam lets us see if they are blowing on the runout from Paradise. Looks like it or Freefall or both are definitely in the plans.

Was up at Blue today, first time into the top lot since early October. Looks like they are making some more lot improvements. New curbing making a roundabout at the entry/exit confluence point. This view is on the exit run.

Base area too. Jealous of those panning cameras. Blue's valley and main st cams are terrible angles right now.

Yeah, it gonna be far more than Vista. I wouldn't be surprised with: Easy Out, Vista, Come Around, Burma, Midway, Lower Main, Trails End, Tut's Lane, Sky Top, Coming Soon, Paradise, Razors Edge, Falls, Homestretch. Maybe Lower Sidewinder. I think that's everywhere they have the newer guns, amd I think they can run that all at the same time now

I guess we'll see how much they upgraded the firepower. They had a lot more hours than that last year pre opening and it was kinda spicy on opening day. Especially later in the day, but that speaks to the base

Nice trend here, but would be nice if it caught a little tailwind moving across the country and got here a day or so earlier (assuming it holds). Not sure that Tue, Wed, Thu night forecast will be enough for a Friday opening, especially if the lows are only for a couple hour window. Fri/Sat temps looking especially nice. Thanksgiving Sunday opening? lol
