  1. That was one of my favorite waterpark attractions. There was rarely any line to speak of and the pool was 10 feet deep so the water was always super cold at the bottom
  2. First step is probably renewing the domain name, lol
  3. I’m gonna have a hollowed out area on the top of mine with a grate on it, so people who stop by can bring a few briquettes of the Kingsford and fire themselves up a burger or something. Just please pack out any ashes and bones. Don’t need to freak anyone out.
  4. They won’t take the cable out. They’ll want to leave if there to make it easy for you to switch back in the future. It would have been VZ, at least from the pole to the house. Whether it was DSL or Fios, they both use a different drop cable to the house than we do at Comcast. If the modem was a rental, they’ll want it back. That’s they only thing they’ll want and charge you for if they don’t get, unless you were under an actual contract and we’re breaking it, then they’d hit you with an early termination fee. They’re not all that common though. Most ISP “contracts” are just price commitments
  5. I wouldn’t be concerned about security, but reliability will depend on how T-Mobile cell service is at your location. Also, their home broadband customers’ traffic is prioritized at the lowest priority by their network, which could subject it to throttling if the cell site near your home sees high usage. Is their product all wifi in the home, or does the device have Ethernet ports? Personally, I would only use a cellular based internet service for my home if I had no other option, but I could be described as biased. As technology stands right now, if I didn’t work for a cable company, I’d go with: 1 - Fios if I could get it. 2 - Cable internet, purchasing my own modem and router. 3 - DSL 4 - Moving 5 - Cellular based internet 6 - Dialup 7 - Satellite internet like Hughes
  6. Yes, ungroomed is less treacherous!
  7. At the North Catasaqua carnival. Not a mask in sight. No exaggeration. Saw one dude with one around his neck, but that’s it
  8. This is two funnies in one
  9. Fauci thinks it was and he’s the only “scientist” that matters.

    Something New

Milling it is going to pay for the entire project — and snowmaking this season
  11. I’ll forgo in places I know are cool with it. Hit Wawa in Souderton today and kept mask in hand until I got to the door. Don’t have a sign saying it wasn’t needed (or not like the Hatfield one did) so I popped it on cause why not? If there had been a similar sign I would have pocketed it. Just gonna be reasonable, or at least my reasoning of reasonable
  12. Noticed a sign on the door on the Wawa in Hatfield yesterday that said ~ “In accordance with state and local guidelines fully vaccinated people may enter without a mask. Those not vaccinated should continue to wear a facial covering.” Already had mine on, so didn’t bother to remove it. Maybe next time.
  13. Are we still talking about snowmobiles?
  14. I like waterfalls.
  15. A few pics from our Honeymoon in Maui, 10 years ago last month. Apologies that they violate the title and aren’t from today:
  16. Awesome, will do. I planned almost all of our trips out of the “Revealed” guidebook series.
  17. Kauai is the one (major) island I haven’t made it too. I need to get there. Several waterfall hikes I really wanted to get to there. Next trip will likely be mostly Kauai with a few night back on Maui since there’s more I want to do there. Maybe a night on the Big Island if the lava’s going
  18. I miss Hawaii. Looked into a trip instead of WDW this Nov, but airfare was higher than I’d hoped
  19. Anyone figure out how Ski-Doo fits into all of this?
  20. Is the pond above tubing still shaped like a dong?
  21. I got to ruin someone’s yard today.
  22. I’m not hitting the panic button or getting worked up, just saying that I want to appreciate the lot scene as much as possible this next season. I think it will be one of the first casualties when changes come around, based on the hinting in the press releases of KSL’s “resort” experience. Want to appreciate before it’s gone.
  23. We'll really have to blow it out this year in what is likely the last hurrah for Sausage Sundays
  24. I’ve been preaching Zachs Taco Shack for a few years on here. Sadly didn’t get to stop there on our waterpark overnight last month. Was going to get lunch on the way out but they’re closed Mondays. Pops bought his helmet at the shop next to Zacks
