I’m planning to bring the pizza oven, could prove useful for some other cookery as well. On pans, to not foul the stones of course. It might impact cooking capacity significantly. If @Kyle wants to bring his griddle and co-chef I’m all about sharing the spotlight.

I’m really okay with either day. It’s more important to me that everyone we want to be there can be there. Even more important than the weather. I can bring shelter.

Heard they were going to change the name to Ski Dooper and sponser the Union to tie it all back to this area.

I don’t think it’s anything in the house. They had a ladder leaning against the first set of wheels outside the house in the return side, one guy on the catwalk leaning over working on it and a second guy going up and down the ladder helping. Probably a wheel bearing in that set. At least it’s on the return side so the new bearing grease won’t ruin @toast21602’s jacket.

That tape is like the 3M command adhesive. If you peel the edge on the battery and pull down slowly it releases right outta there.

My older sister and my cousin who’s my age used to take baton lessons when we were kids, and were in the parades all the towns had during the summer, so we always got to visit all the carnivals. At least to my kid’s eye, Duryea and Clifford were always the best ones.

Duryea used to have a nice fireman’s carnival in the summertime. Maybe still do, who knows.

Might bring the nice camera out this weekend and try to get some action shots of PASRs on the slopes
