I meant, it only works if you leave it connected.

Probably works a lot like the switch on my riding mower that USED to cut the engine if I got up off the seat.

Had to go back to the Service Electric headend there to revert the emergency changes we made back in December when our fiber link went down, so it would reflect the design. Since it was scheduled maintenance we have to do it in the 12-4 am maintenance window to minimize customer impact.

I intend to book mine in @phillycore’s name once we pick a date for Gaper Day and just assume he’s going to show up.

Saw the lights on the ridge on my way back from Bethlehem at 1 am last night and wondered if they were

Truth. I carry two phones and four adult beverages.

Interesting all the people talking about having an extra $50. That's like talking about what you're going to do with all the money the gubmint gives you when you get your tax return.

Curious if they guarantee the second appointment, report back.

I liked the Kore series for you and 99 is a good width.

It sounds like you are really digging the Enforcer. Go up one more length and see how you like it. If you know what you want, dial it in.
-
Definitely try more, you paid for the privilege right? Try to pick out what you liked and (if anything) didn’t like about the Enforcers and tell the tech, maybe s/he can recommend something that addresses that. If you really think you’re sold on the Enforcers I’d get back on them with your last slot to reinforce that.

Yeah, those are the Monster 108s that are heavy AF and have flat tails. Definitely good for busting crud but absolutely terrible for smearing turns. I demo’d Soul 7s in Steamboat last year, which is a big reason I bought them. I know Salty doesn’t want to go that wide so I was telling him that he won’t want to waste one of his selections there, but should have jumped on them when I had them. I’d let him try the ones I just got, but they don’t have demo bindings and we aren’t the same boot size.

Different ski numbnuts.

I don’t think they made everything back (still an ad on their page for 50% discount on venue rental) but they did have a nice winter. Heard that they gave out bonuses and increased the wage for at least some employees.

I think a light ski would work well for the way you make your turns. I think it’s not necessarily the weight you’re looking for but a more stable base underfoot, more width and stability to keep going where you want them to when you encounter chop and not go off on their own. You can get that in a lighter ski. If others here contradict me on that, listen to them. I only know as much as what I’ve skied which is far less than most. I’d tell you to give the Soul 7 a try but I think it’s wider than you want at 106. You should have jumped on my demo pair last year in Steamboat.

It was a slow weekend here with the rain.

I might sound like a Rossi fanboy, but if they have it and you have an extra selection, I think you would like the Sky 7. Stable underfoot thanks to carbon alloy and really light with a low swing weight which I think suits your current skiing style. 98mm underfoot with carbon for a good base in the chop, and wide enough for an occasional powder ride. If you try them definitely size up because they ski short.

I’m so confused

Lol, I realize. What I really want to know is if he wore his skis into the steakhouse or requested a table for two and gave them the seat opposite

Wait, wilderness? I thought he was just on the other side of town.

Snow was awesome today. I would have been pissed at myself if I skied yesterday morning in the rain and missed today’s pre-rain window. Skied 8 beautiful rain free runs plus two in the light stuff once it started. Run of the day was definitely Switchback, also enjoyed Sidewinder more than average. Main Street was pretty variable by the time we got on it, Lower worse than Upler but skiers left was decent. Good time in the lot, ez up was clutch and I’m glad those burgers didn’t suck since they were just a premade frozen patty. And @GrilledSteezeSandwichhelmets were only on until the ez up went up and grill started warming up, and had a dry spot to deboot. Next session should be Tuesday night, for Minime’s first trip down Paradise.

That didn’t answer the question.

Didn’t realize that under 6 passes also got free tubing!

Been hitting up mostly Avis the past few years, love their app. As soon as the plane lands I pull it up and see what they have assigned me, then click to change it and see what else is available. If I don’t like any of them I check again a couple times on the way to get bags. Accept something when I see what I like. Go right to car, scan QR code at the gate and drive away. I used National for agile a few years ago. Never made it to Executive but got to the base tier that lets you pick from the Emerald Aisle so that was kind of cool. Once walked back through MCO to the other side to see if they had anything better. 😂 I use Alamo quite a bit too since we go to Disney so much and they basically own the Orlando market.
