  1. @DiMe I'm hella jell-o. First time at Killington? That mountain has a special place in my heart as it was my first big mountain. It's where I took my profile avatar picture. Each run there is like a magical journey through trails like Dust Bunny Buster, Launch Pad, and my favorite, Grate Eastern. Bear Cub sucks though. Fudge that stupid run.
  2. Grate. I'll propose a trade to the leader of the race team clan. Maybe I'll throw in a couple of Captains Wafers to sweeten the deal.
  3. Grate idea. We should trade the race team Razors Edge for the Burma Road. They can have the whole Burma Road all season long and practice their super G turns.
  4. I love how their website says "36 trails open", but doesn't specify that only 34 are open to the public. Fake news!! False advertising!!
  5. Closed for a race, just like 365 days a year?
  6. When I started skiing it was almost exclusively night skiing because it was cheape, like $20. I didn't have any season passes. Now that I've seen the light at how much better early morning skiing is on fresh courdoroy, the icy and sugary slopes of night skiing are far less appealing.
  7. A grate reason to ski only in the daylight times.
  8. @GrilledSteezeSandwich can you believe @tarponhead has this picture saved on his phone? I think this is probably one of his top 20 favorite photographs of me
  9. That was rad. They should at least be on RTMs, preferably 170 length.
  10. At 0:59 you can hear Nastar yell "Jerry". Jerry talk @nastar glenn @NastarGlenn
  11. That's some siiiick perd. Booting indoors is for gapers, I ain't got no time for that. Looks like some Jerry fell around the 23 minute mark. @NastarGlennlikes to yell "Jerry" whenever he see me off in the distance, or someone that looks like me with a red hoodie.
  12. @GrilledSteezeSandwich I accidentally took this lyfestyle shot yesterday with my Jitterbug cellular device. This could be an album cover for a CD-ROM.
  13. I saw some perder flakes on Flloyd Fooley. I predict Flloyd's opening on February 69.
  14. River Shot and Challenger were grate. Lots of nice, soft snow in the sun. No sugar piles or sand dunes like at Blue the True. Stood in like 2 minutes tops, the rest of the time was basically right on the lift. Even got to ride solo many times. I've never seen so many people on River Shot, though - seems super popular this year. Saw some noobies were struggling to get down, and witnessed a few wipe outs from the lift. Wait til Floyd's open - that's going to eat those noobs alive.
  15. @GrilledSteezeSandwich I saw some perder flakes on Flloyd Fooley. I predict Flloyd's opening on February 32.
  16. My Trip Report is missing crucial details on a topic even more important than bathrooms... The parking. I was distraught to see large, new "Slope side Parking" signs leading through the muddy bumpy dirt road to my favorite parking area. That used to be the best kept secret of Jack Frost - New Jersey gapers park across the street and I get slope side access. Now every Tom, Harry and Richard knows about the slopeside parking. I had to walk an extra 15 yards each way to my car due to the gapers taking all of my spots. Plus the super muddy lot soiled by freshly washed automobile which is totally not cool. It is rad that slopeside parking is still free; I was expecting to have to pay something dumb like fitty cents, so Epic has got that going for them which is nice. Overall I give the parking situation a 7.5/10 and bathrooms maybe a 6.25/10.
  17. Thanks. I made a 2.73 mile hike near Francis E. Walter Dam. It was so dam rad soaking in that blue sky after such a harsh winter. I got super hangry during my hike and stopped at Wawa for a delicious jalapeno pretzel and hot honey chicken wrap. @theprogram4 have you tried Wawa's hot honey chicken wrap? They really hit the spot at a rugged 2.73 mile hike.
  18. Jack Frost was grate. Skied 830-11. Bathrooms suck though, actually had to stand in line to wash my hands. What's up with that? Changing into my street clothes was a hassle. The stalls are so small. This mountain makes me grateful for the big wide open expanse of the Blue Mountain (the True Mountain) snowtubing bathrooms, where space for changing is plentiful.
  19. Buffalo Chicken cheese steak at point Philips hotel. It wasnt as good as the first time, maybe an 8/10
  20. This is mostly correct. When you decide to go to Big Boulders, I'll give you an Epic buddy voucher pass. I think you get $3.50 off and maybe a voucher for an extra small hot cocoa.
  21. What a freakin' joke. Looks like Jackson Frost tomorrow it is!
  22. Same deal at Mt Snow the last few days. Skiing in the fog really bites.
  23. Taken in Mount Snow, Vermont on 1/31/2024. Was this real life??
  24. I agree 💯. I always skip lower sidewinder. Unpopular opinion: don't care much for upper sidewinder either except the top of it is radical. Intersection at the bottom is too much of a PITA.
  25. Been around for a coupla years. I think it's another option to connect both sides of the mountain resort.
