Sullivan lift worked grate today unlike last weekend when it was too cold for it from the snow flakes. Wind wasn't a factor. Maybe they forgot how to push the ON button 💁 I think the lifts are named for that time when Ed Sullivan and his son Steven explored Egypt on camelback in 4000 BC

I forgot to wind up my official Camelback Nile Mile climbing time keeping machine but I estimate it took 15 minutes and fitty seconds.

I guess enough people complained about them taking Coming Soon last weekend that they moved them to Main Street. I love Windowmaker to Chute and typically the race team gets only half of Widowmaker so I can still go down on the left side. I don't complain about that

@DiMe Camelback's race team practiced on the side of the beginner slope today and not on the grate runs like the Asp or Hump. Unlike BMR who get the best run of the mountain almost every weekend.

In the empty solitude of the back country of Tannersville PA. What a nice change from crowded ass trails last weekend to having the best slope in PA completely to myself for one run

Stevenson lift was running again when I left around 11. Their stupid lifts are sooo annoying this season. I hope they get them working consistently from now on.

I took Big Bear Sullivan lift and skied down a bit to the intersection that leads up to Nile Mile, then started hiking up. Halfway up I heard a snowmobile coming, thinking it's all over. He just smiled and waved. It was grate!!

Freaking Stevenson lift ran from 9:37 to 10:10 today. Constant breakdowns. RIP . Thank God for Camelbacks shuttle busses

Hiking up to an empty Nile Mile in the deep deep back country of Camelback was the best idea I had today. It was so empty there were some deer running around the trail. Epic and magical!

I love Camelback again! Actually I'm a little triggered that Stevenson lift is closed as of 843 am. Nile Mile was supposed to be ROTD.

I went to the Pocono Outlet stores after Camelback for a pretzel and didn't want to look like a geek walking around in ski gear (though I had my furry hat on).

The rain is coming down. I think this might be the last rain for a little while so I hope it pours and fills up the snowmaking retention ponds for next week.

No, I just like to listen to music on the lift. Though I found a lot of people to complain to last weekend. One guy said "hey yo" in the lodge once I was changed into my street clothes. I was all like do I know you? He remembered me from the slopes. I was like "was I complaining?". "Yup" "ok that was me" 👍

Idk. We can take a poll but I don't think there are any Camelback season passholders on this site. This forum is loyal to Blue true and true. We bleed Blue, Blue and only Blue. Oh say can you see, by the dawn's early light over Blue the True. Kmarts Blue light special got nothing on Blue!!!

I was fervently utilizing their single riders line last week, til it too extended to Terra Haute. Some dude told me there is a season passholder line. I'll have to look for it. Up until last weekend, there had been no lines at all to even warrant taking a quick look at if there is a VIP scanner on the side.

I'll have to check next time I go, maybe I'll write a report on their V.I.P. lines.

Correct. I've just written off Pharaoh mentally for the last several years, would be nice to ski it again if they put the terrain park junk elsewhere. Sorry to be a terrain park hater Dime, but my skis don't leave the ground like my brother Atomic Skier.
