I hope not, skiing around all that crap is annoying!

Camelback is teasing some new terrain. Will the real Nile Mile please stand up? Please stand up? We await with baited breath @DiMe
-
Did everyone download the Camelback app?? Blue Mountain doesn't have an app. This is radical! The app gives gapers I mean "Pros" some tips on how to navigate around the resort to get from their New York City condos to the perder. I'll be long long gone before they arrive thanks to being a VIP with First Traax.
-
Oh wow, I just copied and pasted that from their social media website. TFTI Although I'm now an official member of the "Camelback Mountain Skiers and Riders" Facebook private exclusive group which has 1.8K members, so I've got that going for me which is nice.
-
Take it to the Blue Mountain ski hill station thread.
-
@DiMe I love Camelback now!! NEW TRAILS ALERT! We are adding Upper Moore's Ramble and Rhododendron Glen to the trail count. Today is January 12th and we will be open from 9AM-9PM with 15 trails and 4 lifts running.
-
Just join BMR, then you can ski something besides Midway!!!

You're welcome, and any time. Blue should hire me as Senior Economic Advisor and pay me to draw demand curves all day long. You can be Senior Social Media Marketing Manager and we can hang out in the break room drinking Yoo-Hoos
-
Thanks. Next week maybe I'll bring some scuba diving gear and a yard stick to measure the depth of the ponds for @Mixilplix
-
Why?? On epic Powder Days, charge non season pass holders as high as they'll possibly pay, even $500 or $1000 if possible, and the ski hill station will be a little less crowded for us VIP season passholders. Then Blue will make bank and can invest in the mountain by spending the money on extra cattle corral ropes for the VIP line, and maybe hand out free mini hot cocoas for the first 10 season passholders. And there won't be pictures of thousands in line being spread all over social media. Everyone wins.
-
20 minutes per wait for normal people with lift tickets.... For us VIP season pass holders in the new and improved VIP line to be implemented soon, it'll be a 20 second wait !!!
-
I forgot to examine the Ponds because I was too busy thinking up complaints to email Camelback about. @DiMe did the ponds look full at Camelback??
-
Blue is still probably leaving money on the table. Next time it snows they should charge $300 per ticket, $50 parking. Why not throw on a $25 convenience fee too like Ticket Master??
-
Blue is rational for charging that. It's the people who are crazy for paying it. I would completely quit skiing if my only option was to pay $156 to ski 3 trails covered in Pennsylvania Powder and wait 20 minutes per run.
-
So excite to ski the same trails again this weekend! I hope the race team gets two trails since they deserve it for bringing in so much business!!
-
It might be booked through 2026 since Elk is super popular. Let's check with @Benm too since I think he wants to vacation in Southern Vermont.
-
Did you end up finding 9 people to reserve the Victorian farmhouse 5 minutes from Elk which has a fully stocked kitchen and a foot of snow just like in Vermont??
-
A way around this is offering a cheaper beginner pass that limits access to beginner slopes. I'm not sure if this is a thing now since I'm a super expert, but when I started skiing I remember that being a thing.
-
I hope they get on Ikon next year because I'm tired of buying 2 season passes all the time.
-
Not a mistake, that post was grate
-
They were ok, but I was expecting ungroomed, empty champaign powder runs like that amazing morning in Steamboat with @enjoralas and @pops. Still my best ski day ever. Those 5 runs at Camelback weren't quite as amazing.
-
When I departed their Camelback property after the massive Powder Day, my spirits, hopes and dreams were crushed thanks to KSL Resorts.

I don't want to read people having fun, I want to read about people complaining!
