Woo hoo! It works. It actually works. Only one trip needed to guest services. So Everytime you get a new pass from Blue, you need go to guest services at Camelback for them to enter you in their system too. And I got to sign a liability waiver for a third time this season! Thank God Camelback guest services doesn't have a way to test the pass except for walking 5 minutes between guest services and the scanner. I love the extra walking in ski boots and up and down steps. Blue sucks because they can test your pass right there, so you don't get as much walking in ski boots. At least in the past you could jump on Old Bailey slow lift when the line got unbearable. Way better than sitting butt to nut on the main lifts. But Old Bailey has not opened this season, yet I still paid $250 extra to add Camelback to my pass. I think everyone who bought a pass for Camelback should at least get a complimentary coupon for a free hot toddy for their abysmal management of the ski resorts this season.

Correct, as far as I know. There are 2 benefits to First Tr.ax: 1. Skiing corduroy is the best 2. Skiing that extra hour before the long lines and crowded slopes is well worth it

Rumor has it the winch cat broke this morning, so they couldn't groom Cliffhanger and I guess they don't have the ability to edit their website to take it off the open trails list. What a joke!

@eaf You missed all the drama two weeks ago. I got to Camelback at 7:15 and my "Peak to Peak" pass wouldn't work. I stormed back and forth between the scanners and customer service three times before I got fed up and left. Went to Jack Frost. Apparently Blue had an issue and Camelback couldn't fix it. All they could do was offer me a day pass without first tracks or VIP line access. What a joke!

LMAO. Camelback's Facebook page says Cliffhanger is open, but people are saying it's FAKE NEWS and it's not actually open. What a joke! I'll try to go tomorrow. Wanted to go today to ski Cliffhanger which should really be a triple diamond but not feeling so well.

Welcome back @eaf Now if only @guitar73 would return Camelback has been a complete joke this season. Yes, now they have the majority of their trails open, but it took long enough. There are numerous issues at Camelwhack this season, so what you heard on the lift is 100% real news. The Stevenson Lift just opened for the first time two weeks ago. That's right, January 17. Meanwhile True Blue has been nearly 100% open since probably Mid December. Here are the various reasons I heard for this debauchery: Lack of water for snowmaking due to drought, and some government agency limiting their water access (they use a lot for the water park) Mass resignation of snowmakers; I heard there were only 3 snowmakers for the whole mountain a while ago, and they had to borrow some from Blue The Stevenson Lift failed inspection 4 times, rumour has it. When it apparently passed on 1/17, they finally opened it. It continues to malfunction sporadically a lot per rumors on the Face Books Needly to say, I will NOT be renewing my Peak to Peak pass next season, 2025/2026. I will stick to True Blue. That's my Boy Blue, I'm stuck on Blue, let's all go to Blue woooooohoooooo

@GrilledSteezeSandwich Blue Mountain, the True Mountain, is getting some rain today. I bet you'll be really excited today while skiing at Jackson Hole that all this rain at Blue will be really good for the snowmaking retention ponds.

@GrilledSteezeSandwich I heard a rumor on teh face books that Stevenson Lift stopped for a while. I hope it works this weekend when I ski down Cliffhanger. If you get bored at Jackson Hole and want to ski Camelback instead I'll offer you a buddy pass in exchange for one Yocco's hot dog

@EdBacon are you skiing Camelback this weekend?? I wonder if they got Cliffhanger open. I think that slope should be upgraded to a triple black diamond. I can't wait to ride Stevenson when my pass works this weekend and then I'll write a report for @Enjoralescousin to tell his cousin if my pass has issues so I can continue to bitch about it on teh face books. Thatll be so rad
