Ugh, not sure I want to ski on dirty snow this weekend.
-
Camelback's only charging $107 to ski Saturday ($12 parking scam tax + $95 lift ticket) which means you can ski there instead of Blue and save $11 to spend on Garden State Solanum lycopersicum.
-
Wao what a great deal! @Jersey TomatoBetter jump on this, $118 to ski the brown perder on Saturday is a once in a lifetime opportunity you shouldn't pass up!
-
No, actually Jim's friend Alan who is coming to Breck with us this year. We have a Hazleton area area cycling/skiing posse going though @TeleJim lives in Danielsville and drives to Hazleton to bike with the group occasionally.

I'm pretty stoked for skiing. My biking friend helped me wax and edge my skis and now they ski radical. I bet I can even keep up with Toast and JFDan now. Too bad there might not be any perder left soon

All this rain will be great for the snowmaking retention ponds

Jackson Hole stoke thread...2015-16!!!

@GrilledSteezeSandwich when do you go to Jackson Frost Hole? Be sure to post a report -
Hopefully that lift is now inoperable so they can close it down and sell the chairs for tree fitty and then they can cut a path to the new Super Duper Safari Sixteen Pack and get those gapers, herbs and geralds outta there so I don't have to waste time on that flat terrain. That would increase the odds of me renewing my pass by 0.00286%.

I was so stoked to ski today since a good friend helped me tune and wax my skis so I can ski faster than @AtomicSkier. Unfortunately not feeling well so I'm out until next weekend -

Have you ever tried chocolate salty balls? Those balls are the best balls, though I just read that Knoebels is eliminating it's ball crawl. I remember good times playing in those balls. -

I was dyin to ski Razors Edge and Razorback which was my first thought but since JFDan says there are baseball size ice balls on it I don't want to ski Razors Edge now. I'll wait until the baseball size balls turn into only golf ball sized balls -

On second thought let the race team have Razors Edge -
WJW. I'll stick to my 8:00 to 9:30 am skiing timeslot.

Idk, I forget where they installed that new trail

I've never been to Okemo, it's on my list this winter. I don't care what the haters say, groomers are fun.
-
Welcome to PASR Jim! Hope you'll join us in the parking lot for some beers sometime, though I only drink coffee or Yoo-Hoos.

Let's make this a day of kindness to BMR

Yes. A family friend came over and we unfroze it. There is still water in the tank probably so I don't know what the solution is
-
After 7 hours of work which involved crawling under my trailer, no hot water, blow torching pipes, carrying heavy ass 150,000 btu heaters, opening frozen gas tank door on car, experiencing extreme aggravation and cursing, buying heat tape, wrapping pipes with heat tape, and likely $400 bill for plumber, there better be some damn good skiing this winter. Or it's not worthwhile.
-
Okay

I hate dealing with all the bullshit winter problems every year. Otherwise I don't mind the cold or snow.
-
I F******* HATE WINTER
-
Thanks, we dealt with this all winter last year and I put in diesel 911 but it didnt resolve the problem. One plumber says the pipe must be moved higher since it's in the ground which will cost $2-$3 grand while another says that's not the problem. I can try an electric blanket next. We had kerosene delivered and filled the tank in the spring so moisture wouldn't build, so that was useless since it happens every single time it gets to 0 and then I have to pay a company $500. When I move I am NOT dealing with kerosene anymore.
