  1. Found a picture of Toast in a beer magazine I picked up Stopped at Paradox brewery after Whiteface for a flight, pretty good beers...dinner at Whetstone brewery in Brattleboro last night. No pics...food was good, beer sucked (to be fair I only had their IPA.) Probably heading to Bolton valley in a bit.
  2. Pretty sure it was high country glades off of on-ramp
  3. Yeah I'm thinking Bolton tomorrow but I'll see what I feel like doing in the morning. Couple more pics. Never made it to Cloudspin but trees were fun
  4. Lunch...brisket sandwich and a fiddlehead IPA. Going back out after I finish, probably ride till 3 and then head to my next hotel in VT.
  5. A lot of the intermediate trails are ungroomed which has been really fun. Bumps and soft snow
  6. Its really not crowded. I did one run up the gondola and that line sucked but empty now Says open on the trail report but it was roped off. I'll head back up after lunch and check again
  7. Pretty windy and cold up top. Lookout lift isn't open yet but it was spinning. Did a top to bottom run, and another run up top, skyward I think. Parts of that were icy but still some good soft snow
  8. Probably Charlton on Monday. Both that and Deerfield are relatively on the way from Cannon
  9. Currently in Albany NY...looking at my options last night and realized Its only another 2.5 hours or less to Whiteface so... Plan is Whiteface today, either Bolton Valley, Waterville valley, or Magic tomorrow, and Cannon Monday. At some point, hitting Tree House brewing in MA. Got a ticket to Whiteface last night. Not sure how crowds will be, but conditions should be nice.
  10. Yeah...looks like they should be up and running tomorrow but I don't think I'll rush to get there based on the snow report. NH did ok with the storm so I'll probably hit Waterville valley Sunday and cannon Monday
  11. Thanks, I've never actually hit any resorts in NH or VT so I'm excited. It'll be a little skifari ending with the PASR montage day on Tuesday
  12. Looking at the forecast, I decided to take monday off...plan is to hit magic tomorrow. Either magic or somewhere else Sunday and then Cannon in NH Monday. Toast or whoever else, you're welcome to join me, although for a day trip, Greek Peak should be awesome this weekend
  13. Do you give group rates? Is there also a session on writing trip reports on PASR?
  14. Slocum hollow should be open. I believe that sign was relating to the other lodge restaurant Probably right that mid mountain isn't open
  15. Might be worth a try to call ski shops in the area to see if they have any reccomendations
  16. They probably just borrowed the reading phillies Bucky the Beaver costume
  17. Reading's Pagoda Patty predicted an early spring. Pagoda Patty looks more like a beaver and is also full of shit.
  18. Yeah if the forecast changes for magic I may do Greek instead too. I'll bring my new hoodie
  19. I hope you like it, I ordered one for everyone for next weeks montage trip. Not sure where that ad came from though, my search history is mostly fishing, snowboarding, beer, and boobs
  20. Yeah if the forecast changes I may change my plans. Accuweather says 3 to 6" as of right now for Greek Peak but maybe that'll change
  21. It can get pretty icy there if the snow isn't good so just keep that in mind. Their natural snow trails that are open probably aren't in great shape
  22. Planning to check out Magic Mountain this weekend. As of right now the forecast for friday is 8 to 12 inches ending Friday evening, put in a reservation for Saturday, might do Sunday too
  23. In the house were @mute1080, @JFskiDan @Mixilplix, @antman12, @theprogram4, @Johnny Law, @Benm, @enjoralas, @momskeeztoo , falco's crew, matt edge, pops, and probably a bunch of other people I forgot. First run for me was sidewinder, followed by a slick run down coming soon. Top of the Communist Crevasse was ok but got sketchy for me after that. My goggles turned to ice and the trail was pretty firm. Lazy, main, and switch were all pretty good. Brunch in the lot and beers which was awesome. Had a bacon egg and scrapple sandwich and some chorizo. JADIP, just another day in Palmerton
