  1. Do you give group rates? Is there also a session on writing trip reports on PASR?
  2. Slocum hollow should be open. I believe that sign was relating to the other lodge restaurant Probably right that mid mountain isn't open
  3. I will not be in attendance this weekend
  4. Might be worth a try to call ski shops in the area to see if they have any reccomendations
  5. They probably just borrowed the reading phillies Bucky the Beaver costume
  6. Reading's Pagoda Patty predicted an early spring. Pagoda Patty looks more like a beaver and is also full of shit.
  7. Yeah if the forecast changes for magic I may do Greek instead too. I'll bring my new hoodie
  8. I hope you like it, I ordered one for everyone for next weeks montage trip. Not sure where that ad came from though, my search history is mostly fishing, snowboarding, beer, and boobs
  9. Yeah if the forecast changes I may change my plans. Accuweather says 3 to 6" as of right now for Greek Peak but maybe that'll change
  10. It can get pretty icy there if the snow isn't good so just keep that in mind. Their natural snow trails that are open probably aren't in great shape
  11. Planning to check out Magic Mountain this weekend. As of right now the forecast for friday is 8 to 12 inches ending Friday evening, put in a reservation for Saturday, might do Sunday too
  12. In the house were @mute1080, @JFskiDan @Mixilplix, @antman12, @theprogram4, @Johnny Law, @Benm, @enjoralas, @momskeeztoo , falco's crew, matt edge, pops, and probably a bunch of other people I forgot. First run for me was sidewinder, followed by a slick run down coming soon. Top of the Communist Crevasse was ok but got sketchy for me after that. My goggles turned to ice and the trail was pretty firm. Lazy, main, and switch were all pretty good. Brunch in the lot and beers which was awesome. Had a bacon egg and scrapple sandwich and some chorizo. JADIP, just another day in Palmerton
  13. Maybe Doug lost his phone charger again
  14. If I can make it this weekend it'll be Sunday
  15. 50 and rain for next Thursday as of right now. Might hit Greek Peak on Sunday, not that they're getting much snow but its been cold and looks like theres a decent amount of trails open
  16. I was planning on it but not gonna work out tonight. Next Thursday hopefully
  17. Yeah, hard to tell from the pic but I think the one you posted is either lower high Hope's and lower extrovert or lower short way and shortcut. Both pretty steep Lower extrovert when I was there had bumps at the top and nice powder at the bottom. Pretty steep and if its icy its really sketchy
  18. This is deer run. Steeper than a normal blue for sure, usually has bumps on one side. Lower extrovert was open when I was there last year and was pretty awesome.
  19. Calling for 3 to 6 inches here friday into Saturday. Hoping for a good storm to get the kid out sledding
  20. If they tell us we can't drink in the parking lot any more, people are gonna lose their minds (including me) Or maybe we would just get a PASR bus and all ride to the mountain together
  21. I used to be pretty into BMX, especially street stuff (rails, ledges, etc). I was one of the few people I rode with that wore a helmet. Always baffled me that most people will wear a helmet at a skate park but not when doing a 10 stair rail and riding on concrete/asphalt
  22. Haha yeah definitely. I would like to eat lunch at Montage and go back out for an afternoon session though
  23. Yeah the Slocum hollow pub is good. Plenty of seats at their outdoor middle mountain thing too and I'm guessing they'll be serving food there during the week too.
  24. I'm gonna say we'd still be there later than 11. I think at Elk last year we hung around until at least 2
  25. February 8th should work for me too
