Yeah, hard to tell from the pic but I think the one you posted is either lower high Hope's and lower extrovert or lower short way and shortcut. Both pretty steep Lower extrovert when I was there had bumps at the top and nice powder at the bottom. Pretty steep and if its icy its really sketchy

This is deer run. Steeper than a normal blue for sure, usually has bumps on one side. Lower extrovert was open when I was there last year and was pretty awesome.

Calling for 3 to 6 inches here friday into Saturday. Hoping for a good storm to get the kid out sledding

If they tell us we can't drink in the parking lot any more, people are gonna lose their minds (including me) Or maybe we would just get a PASR bus and all ride to the mountain together

I used to be pretty into BMX, especially street stuff (rails, ledges, etc). I was one of the few people I rode with that wore a helmet. Always baffled me that most people will wear a helmet at a skate park but not when doing a 10 stair rail and riding on concrete/asphalt

Haha yeah definitely. I would like to eat lunch at Montage and go back out for an afternoon session though

Yeah the Slocum hollow pub is good. Plenty of seats at their outdoor middle mountain thing too and I'm guessing they'll be serving food there during the week too.

I'm gonna say we'd still be there later than 11. I think at Elk last year we hung around until at least 2

February 8th should work for me too

Yeah, I'm good with a Tuesday. Free for indy pass obviously but I don't want anyone else to pay $79 for montage. I'm good for whatever day works for everyone.

Anyone interested in a Montage day? I know some of us have Indy Pass...I think Monday thru Wednesday they have deals, I think $40 for a lift ticket plus rental (not that we need rental gear). Would probably have the place to ourselves on a weekday, not sure the long haul lift would be running though

Today's food offerings were pretty awesome. Snow was good all around, parking lot was great as usual. Last run I told @antman12 we should hit coming soon. He said ok one last run but really gotta hit the bathroom. Of course then it was a 20 minute wait for the quad, followed by us getting stuck when it broke down for a bit Only pics I took today...Wally and the mighty blue marsh ski area

Nice, yeah I was there from 8 30 until around 1 or so. Boomer and Smoke were good up until I left. I didn't do much on upper mountain except for some top to bottom runs on runaway and fast track

Let me know when you go and I'll try to make it. Not gonna do uphill but I'll have a beer waiting for you at the top of Phoebe Snow lift or the long haul

Yeah not sure what their policy is but I've seen people do it plenty of times. Great day. Boomer and smoke were awesome. Top to bottom stuff was decent too (fast track and runaway)

Place is always pretty empty at least on the lower mountain. Lodge area and upper slopes have crowds but nothing crazy

White lightning not so good. Skiers right was pretty icy. Waiting for the long haul to open and crack a beer Smoke is looking good

Showed up around 8 30. Temperature checks in the parking lot. RFID scanners now, and contact free ticket pick up if needed. Just did 2 runs on boomer. Absolutely fantastic. Machine made "powder", ungroomed. Long haul opens in a bit, all trails should be open
