looking like about 8-10 here as well. haven't been outside yet. saying there's still more to come. weird the storm panned out, i put the blade on the riding mower so i expected i had jinxed things. managed to snag the morning off so i'm plowing until 8am then making my way to blue... slowly i'd imagine.

yup went up across all models and forecasters. natl weather svc cant make up their mind with this. it was like 8" then 4" then 8" now 10" for us very happy about the shift south, was worried about an ice then snow event here. 4am this morning vs 4pm yesterday

Kept an eye on the radar and rolled the dice today. Looked like there'd be a window around 815. Got there at eight to just a sprinkle and little to no fog at the top. Conditions excellent, snow was exactly like yesterday, precip very light. Best of all the place was dead. I think it was just me and racers. Got in maybe 7-8 runs before it started raining just a little more and called it a day. No apres, so now i have to figure out what to do for a couple hours. Might head up to Scranton for new bibs since i was reminded today that these ones are no longer waterproof.

I feel like it's a constant issue. I can't remember how many times this season, we have watched the quad load while gates were fucked on a six - or we were just stopped after loading. If it was a gate issue tp4 would have been on his Merry way while we'd all just be like wtf is going on. I know there were others with me when the one liftie was saying something about not getting a phone call, or maybe they got it but didn't understand whether or not to open the lift - while the quad was already sending people up.

For anyone wondering about the tp4 fiasco, once again, lift ops could not get their shit together. Other chairs loading while upper lot-ers were rolling into the flats. Tp4s gate opens and he just moseys on down to the lift. Gets on the chair, they emergency shut down and make him get off - i believe he's past the end of the platform ( @theprogram4 please confirm) and make him skate back to the gates. I get that shit happens but be transparent and at least offer an explanation. Otherwise it just looks sloppy.

I figured. No clue how long he was standing around, literally went to cams and saw it. Next frame (i think they refresh each minute) everyone was there. How you all are having a good time.

today was good. standing at the gates before opening, didn't expect it to be busy but people sure showed up. thanks to the psars who came to the rescue today for my beer request. ❤️ to the community. to all those goin to jh have a great time.
