  1. What resorts are open in OH?
  2. Shelley was my middle school Phys. Ed teacher and years later I student tought in the same school with her. I now see her from time to time around South Jersey and also in the Poconos. She has been a Diehard skier at CB for more than 25 years. Next time I see her I'll tell her you said hi.
  3. I hope your right
  4. Stone Harbor has Beatification Laws. So all of the commercial properties are not allowed to look like commercial properties. I have never seen such a concentration of Range Rover's in addition to the many BMW's.
  5. Blue Knob is great. It is very similar to elk. Great snow and vert. The bottom of the mountain has very little run-out. They also have $10 tickets on certain nights with a college ID.
  6. Stone Harbor is one of the nicest beach towns in Cape May County. Home prices have exploded there in the last four years. Several Proffesional athletes from the Philadelphia teams have homes there. As does Opra Winfrey. I spend many summer nights in Stone Harbor bars, since Ocean City is a Dry town.
  7. SKI999, You mentioned June. Does she have a condo near the tubing area at CB?
  8. I lived there in the summer between 95 and 2000. I now live in OC, New Jersey and spend every winter weekend in the poconos.
  9. ski999, Have you ever lived in OC, Maryland?
  10. The best apres ski/ride bars are located in the BB, JF area.
  11. Mike n Matts is a great store, I wish they carried burton. I buy everything else there. Jimmy knows more technical stuff about boarding than anyone else in the poconos.
  12. It sounds like you need a good all mountain board. I have ridden 3 different burton customs over the last 5 years and found that board to be good at everything you are looking for.
  13. Is Greak Peak going to open before Thanksgiving?
  14. I also am done with camelback. My family has owned a ski house in Split Rock since the 70's. When I was old enough to drive in the 90's I said good bye to JF and BB and started riding at CB. In the late 90's I was part owner of a board shop in Margate, NJ. Part of the deal was that we got free season passes to CB and just about every other mountain. The last few years I found myself going more to Blue and less to CB. And after the same bad experiences as most of you, I too am only going to ride at Blue even though it is a little further south.
  15. It's a shame that he doesn't have any out west
  16. Is wayne north of carbon?
  17. Is that Carbon County?
  18. Where is ski located?
  19. So would I, but not based on performance
  20. Thanks
  21. I have to agree the interior is as plain as an S-10 pick up
  22. Wow I thought camelback would have allowed it last
  23. I have to think that a Z06 would beat the M3 on the average road course
