I agree TP4, what do they have to make people drive past Blue, CB and JF? At that point they are just 15 minutes away from southern VT.

JF was great till 11. Turned in to a shit show after that. We headed over to BB around 1. Much better there.

Grab a studio and live there during ski season. When you start living out west in the winter rent it out or sell it. I think it's a wise investment.
