BC will struggle to get 75 days this season.

Just a guesstimate. Probably on the low end. With lows in low 20s hopefully more than 8.

I'm keeping the faith. With a full week of at least 8 hour windows at night to blow before the day after Xmas I think JF will be open with at least 10 trails.

We tagged ours Black Friday and put it up last week.

I don't think all areas would be closed in pa, but there certainly could be a season where places like spring and BC can't open.

Power wash insurance is $1500 a year. Taking out trash sounds like janitorial insurance probably under a grand. Add workmans comp and you'll be over 5k.
