What is there to do in the summer? Anyone interested is much better off buying a place in a nearby community that has a lake, pools, tennis courts, a golf course. Lake harmony is only 20 minutes north and offers all of the above, plus great bars and restaurants. If you can afford it, buy a place in Split Rock, they have a beach bar on the lake and you can drive your golf cart there from your house.

I don't like the location...if they were ski in/out and there were better bars and restaurants in the area I would really consider it.

Of all the places in the Poconos BB could stay open the longest...if they blew like crazy they could keep the left side open longer than killington.

Bring 2 people with you and split a $50 room somewhere within an hour of the Mt.

I've never had a beer at Blue...they really need a new bar in the new lodge.

BB always holds up better that JF...It's at a higher elevation and gets less direct sun. If they blew like crazy in Feb and March, they could keep a couple runs open till May 1st.

No tipping is ridiculous...recently the ACME in our town started delivering groceries. After the dude makes 4 trips into the house, he says he can't accept a tip.

Maybe they can offer heliskiing...some yuppy New Yorkers would probably fall for it.
