absolutely...take that GM and put him anywhere else in PA with over a 700 ft. vert. and the place would be amazing. Let the developer they used build condos on the mountain, instead of just a lodge and I would buy one in a second.

Elk stayed open till April Last year, I just cut the old ticket off my jacket. The vertical claim of 510ft. is off by about 100ft also.

Before the days of updated websites I had Killington, Hunter, Greek Peak, Elk, Montage, CB, Shawnee, JF, BB, Blue, BC and Spring programmed into my phone and would call them every day from Oct 1st until one of them finally opened.

makes sense, for the more northern resorts: Elk and Montage, but traditionally Greek Peak opens earlier and closes later than most PA resorts. I'm sure with the added incentive more of us would make the trip up pre or post season. Thanks for the response and that college deal is well worth it at $129 it won't dissapoint anyone.

It doesn't take them much to open...if they have three cold nights in a row they could probably open that one trail.

How about giving other PA mountain discounts similiar to the one offered to BC pass holders. It might get some of us up there.

Maybe you should look into satelite...from what I have seen it seems a lot cheaper than cable.
