I did a little hiking two summers ago at NCAR , all I could think of was all the ski lines from the parking lot . DO they get enough snow at that elevation ?

Definitely a nice morning I think I was chair 4? One set of tracks before me on Razors. Hit coming soon next , oak leaves slalom up top the lower section was nice and soft. Bottom the patrollers were re setting up the trolling net . Nightmare and over to Barneys…. Bumps were mowed down as I expected and a bit of a detour around the bare ground. Wish I could have hung around longer

Seem to recall last year they were going to have an uphill day around the end of the season? But I think it got canceled,Could be wrong. I didn’t get out this year BC at all . My daily drivers ( old) have Marker Dukes but I have a nice light set up Nordicas

I appreciate the heads up but I have a family commitment Sunday . Maybe next week if the snow cooperates , wondering if they will do an uphill event this year after closing ?

They've been good in the past for me . The driver that showed up was complaining that sine the local office closed ,calls were being routed through Pittsburgh or LA . He said they were giving calls to other companies that were supposed to go to them as it was " their area " . The excuse I was given was the call was given to two other companies who dropped it ? He said AAA left an out of state woman who was stuck on 78 by summit lawn sit from 4am to 8am this morning , I feel lucky? Turns out the spark plug unscrewed and they put a new one in ,supposedly the threads were ok.

Great day for sure, my vehicle lost a spark plug on the way to my 11am appointment . Waited 2.5 hours for a tow truck. Gremlins won today. Still glad I managed to get out there. Morning was 10/10 .
