Woke up this morning with a need for speed and found it in spades at True Blue. First civialin chair with @AtomicSkier Started with Paridise to ascertain snow conditions following wild weather swing - Nice crispy cord, very edgable - Blustery wind took at least 10-15mph off downhilll speeds. Challenge next, decent, a llitle dark for full send, wind tunnel in full effect. Lazy next - Same conditions as Para, a little less wind, full GS send into the sweeping right, a good grin run. On to Main 6r - Then the scheiße got real - Main and Switch were excellent, ROTD was Raceway to Midway - Full send all trails. Wind tunnel on lower main was enough to push your body sideways away from your skiis like tacking a sailboat. Went over to OG six for a Razor run and....meh, wind tunnel, pee infused variable crunchy snow. Crowds were non-existant. Had few runs with a very helpful ski patroler advising us on the merits of enjoying controled speed .

Greetings all - The first Slalom clinic was so well received that BMR has added a 2nd session - $125 is a great deal for 4 hours of instruction. Running slalom poles (there are stubbies as well) is extremely fun once your mind cooperates with the visual shenanigans of running into a stick stuck in the snow. Blue Mountain Resort. Google is biased - BST's are old Vonnegut reference for money

Yes, it was cold - However no substantial wind or lift lines with almost every (They're building features on NM/DW) trail delivering sweet, groomed cord did not allow cold to be an issue. Completed the tour de blue in between the race clinic - Every run was enjoyable, crowd free carving at speed. It will be a good day tomorrow, unfortunately have to a get back to collecting bio-support tickets.

Wow - I thought 2-turn Bern passed away - "Yea, I turn once getting on the lift and once getting off"

Switched it up a bit today - Forewent chariots of fire down razors and hit sidewinder first run / perfect carving cord / funneled perfectly to lower sidewinder at speed - then switchback all to myself / mixed it up and completed the entire tour/de blue (with exemption of smooth shave) - awesome conditions on every trail - hats off to Nick and Blue Mountain operations - nice job on snow production - bailed at 9:45 , -
