My husband smokes so I know that look. In fact I give it to him too. I haven't skied in a few weeks, it has been so warm I am not surprised conditions are bad. Glad you had a good trip. What was your favorite resort?

Wow, one and only time I went to avail tickets were $149. I went w a Vail employee and got his discount. If it is a place you will ski more than 3xs the epic pass is definitely worth it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I know, not even one picture, lame! I was going to ski with them today but Mark wanted to go to Vail, so I went hiking instead.

why?

Glad you found something that works for you. That sounds miserable.

Injuries suck!!! Hope it works out. -
Just got my new Rocky Mountain Super Pass +. They raised the price by $30 this year to $529, still an excellent deal. $49 down and $80/month for 6 months. Same mountains on it as this year, glad to see Eldora is still on it. I really get my money's worth from that place. And husband just got a Jeep Grand Cherokee which I am very excited about. Son's car was an absolute piece of shit lemon, so husband got a new car and Subaru went to oldest son, youngest got oldest son's Rav 4. Everybody is happy especially me, since it has 4wd I can now get to some really fun trailheads.

Procedure is 4/5 so I am not worried about ski season. More worried about hiking season. He said this one won't be as invasive (not as many injections), so hopefully less down time.

Had my follow up today and I have regressed somewhat since I am back to my normal level of activity. Doc convinced me to have round 2 done but focus on the arthritis in my joints. Not looking forward to another procedure but really want t feel better than I do now. I am probably 60 percent better than pre procedure. He feels another round could get me to 80-90 percent. Thanks. Crested Butte is unbelievably beautiful. There are stunning peaks in almost every direction. This was taken from Paradise Bowl. Looking forward to getting my last kid out of the house and spending some real time here.

15 degrees and windy. All groomed , wind blew away anything fresh. Yesterday was a spicy drive up. Whiteout from Monarch Pass to Gunnison. Lots of cars in ditches on 285. White knuckle for sure. Some of the snow melted in town but not much. Still 6-8' piles on the sides of streets and walkways to homes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They had ROTC shirts on and they said it was an ROTC fun run, so yeah pretty sure. Naropa is the only hippie liberal arts college in town.
-
Bunch of ROTC people were on the trail from all over doing a fun run. Was pretty cool to see. Probably saw at least 50 of them in smaller groups. Wearing full camo and carrying what looked like unnecessarily heavy packs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Saw that on FB, holy shit! -
Quick hike up Sanitas. 3 days ago I was snowshoeing in 6 degree temps. Today was almost 40 and just had one layer on. Overcast days are the best for hiking! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Last day of my women's ski clinic today. I missed the last 2 weeks with some stuff that came up. At lunch they always have swag from sponsors that they give away. The last 2 weeks they called my name but if you are not there your name goes back in the bowl. They called my name again today and I won these sweet compression tubes. The program was great and I definitely learned a lot. Gonna sign up for it again next year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If you are not into any other outdoor activities than I guess it's not for you out here. I didn't know I would grow to love the outdoors as much as I do. Definitely contageous out here. Glad you had a good trip to JH. I liked the moose picture in the town square, not sure if you posted or TP4.
