In Doug fashion.... Arrived at the parking lot at 8:35am 41 degrees. Quickly met up with sexkitten and boblikescats. Sexkitten was sporting the gaper gear. Then met Doug, Atomic Jeff, Bigdaddyk, toast, Zonked and others. Don't remember everyone's name. Sexkitten and I rode paradise, lazy mile and switchback. The boys opted for the faster trails. The snow was pretty mushy, but still fun. The trails are so much longer than at boulder. My legs were burning. Doug was passing out beer like it was his job in the parking lot and doing shots. I made him wear my homemade tutu when I left. He looked so pretty in it. It was great to meet everyone, I will definitely go to Blue again next season.

not me, I am not the skull wearing type. oh yeah...if I go to blue, someone has to take a few runs on the easier trails with me. I am no where near ready for the blacks.

Sno seems far for some reason. Anyway I just got a last minute invite to my cousins place at Stratton for Easter weekend. So now, I won't have the kids this weekend. I still have to drive up and pick up all of our gear. Maybe I'll hit blue on my way home Sunday. I guess I would have to get there around 7am to see any pasr's.

Website makes it seem like its all park now. Anyone know if there will be at least one trail left just to ride? Obviously I am not going to be doing any rails and don't want to get attitude from all the park riders for just "riding" through the park. We might have to drive to Blue.

I think I saw you at BB, around 3:30 on the tananbaum lift? Were you about 5 chairs in front of me maybe?

ski tell me if you are ever at bb. I have a 6 year old who bombs it down the trail. They would get along great. The last time we were there he kept charging up the outer wall of the halfpipe. Then he told me to try (it looked easy enough). I fell right on my back. Even the liftie made fun of me, he said "I see your mom rolled her way down the hill"

^^you can show them some moves this Saturday. There are not any ride ons at BB so they have been skittish to try anything. k2fugative will also be there with her crew.

I emailed a few people asking about the program and got no response. I called the other day and the lady did not really have good info. They only advertise for the racing team on their website. Anyone taken advantage of this program or know anything about it?

you're right those are great deals! But we don't live in Colorado. If you check around Pa resorts, jfbb is a good deal.

we usually go to BB, just because its closer to our house. We can't make the passholder party but we will be there next weekend. but I can't get my kids to the mountain by 7:45, we are usually there by 8:30 or 9.

I just got mine too. Had to buy one for Stephen too this year (he will be 7 now). Whew big nut! BDK if you are ever there on weekends look us up.

wow, Megan, I wish I knew about this sooner in the season. there is nothing on the website except the jr race program. Nothing about the park. I am definitely in for next season.

you're right we don't have leagues Friday and Saturday night. We love open bowlers and money!

I broke my tailbone a year ago and it still hurts if I sit on a hard chair or fall on it. Check out this site for a pad, I have one and it works great. azzpadz

Go from 8am-12. You can get a lot of runs in before it starts filling up (usually around 11am).

well "champ", I am bitching that his post seems to more of a whine about all the "rich kids" and less about the park. If camp of champions is so shitty why does everyone else on this forum say how great it is. Its one thing to complain but do it in a constructive way. Saying that the rich kids ruined his time there sounds more like jealousy than a critisism of the park. I have been looking into parks and coc seems to be the biggest around.
