I heard that elk would be opening on the 12th so I'm wondering is that really the day they will be opening?

OK I want to get a video camera so I can get some of my riding on tape this year but I have some problems. 1. I don't know much about what kind of camera would be best, all I know is it can't be too big and has to link up with my computer easily and 2. I dont have much money to spend on it. I know cameras are expensive but if there are any decent cameras out there for not a lot of money I would like to know what ones they are. thanks

actually there is a slight hill but its longs enough to get speed when your going to elk it is on your right side. You would have to hike all the way up to the woods but you could get plenty of speed.

I remember a year or two ago someone built a jump over the road on the way to elk. it was right after the really sharp turn in that big open field. Me and my friends wanted to hit it but since our parents drove us to the mountain we never could. anyway, now that we can drive we want to do it and I was wondering if anyone on here built it and if so how because I imagine the owners of the property didn't let you.

thanks alot for the information and one more thing. I know people like to keep these things to themselves but you guys know of any good handrails around here( i live in mayfield, so like scranton or dickson city) i thought about one in nay aug but thats all i could come up with thanks

anyone know of any ice rinks around the scranton area that let you take their ice shavings? thanks

those handrails are perfect but how could we do those without gettin caught.....
