Since it's operations have been in question and the mountain up for sale I have had a particular interest in following it. 4) Don't give KC too much credit for supporting Sno. He inquired about employment at other mountains at the beginning of the season. I'm willing to bet he would have quickly jumped ship if a position was available. 5) LOL at JFskiDan. Thanks for letting everyone know they won't see anyone matching my profile picture walking around JFBB. I'm sure they all thought that was really me!

At this point the bank wants as many skier visits as possible. It wouldn't surprise me if they started selling tickets for $1 just to up the skier visit totals for anyone that looks at purchasing the area.

The problem is that all those people only paid $10.... and since Sno outsources the F&B they didn't make any extra money off the extra business. Fail.

Lake Harmony got dumped on! I was at BB for most of the afternoon yesterday. I was shocked at the amount of snow that fell in such a short time. My house is 15-20 minutes from BB. My house got almost nothing.

Depends on what you mean by "doing well" I guess. This year doesn't mean too much. Sno will have a new owner next year. See what happens then.

Anyone that knows me knows I have the support and following of 99% of the bike and extreme riding people in this part of the state. That all translate into very simply "I know what these guys are saying and what they want to do" By this weekend we will have at least 20 features, some of which you haven't seen in years, rebuilt, redecked, painted and ready to go, with more to come. Dom himself has worked in Colorado, New Mexico & Vermont on park crew plus he is the extreme dirt "God" in our area. He has also gained the respect of all the other parks in this area, so..yeah...it will be a different park. " So KC is now in charge of the parks? He is supervising the park crew leader. Can't wait to see what they do.

$200 season pass? Yikes. That's not a good way to raise revenue.

Sno does have enough skier visits to pay the bills. They don't use funds appropriately. They don't do the right things to get more skier visits. Most importantly, they don't capitalize on all available revenue streams. That's the shortest version of what is wrong with Sno.

Freedom Park, LOVE Park, and Boulder Park. Maybe Little Boulder. LOVE and Boulder will most likely be opened with no features. Ya never know really. They might sneak one or two in somewhere.
