Someone who shall remain unnamed bought a college pass with a bogus schedule. So now, more legitimate proof is required. I hope the shit stain that pulled this scam is reading. I was there Sunday. My first trip to Blue. I really enjoyed it. I boot up at the car also, but after reading R2's rant I decided to test the lockers for shits and giggles. First one was empty. It took my .75 and gave me a key back. Maybe R2 just has bad luck. I threw the key in the woods to make sure nobody else can use that functioning locker. Sorry R2.

There is a small kitchen upstairs called 'Fiddler's Fridge'. It has some different items and some of the same items as the regular cafeteria. It's worth checking out.

The Challenge glades have been thinned out all the way down as have some glades near Jane's Lane. I don't think too much has been done on the elevator. I was told they are waiting until the summer is over to start whacking down weeds and brush. There is also a rumor floating around about a winch cat coming for this winter. Might not happen, but will be exciting if it does.

It would be nice if they would, but the Big Guns are shutdown for this season.

That's because Blue Ridge is a real estate company that knows nothing about running a ski area. They weren't making money b/c the people at the top of the BR corporate ladder were making terrible decisions and/or wasting tons of money. Blue Ridge doesn't want control of anything (JFBB, Jack Frost National, Snow Ridge Village, etc.) because they don't know how to properly operate any of them. They are happy collecting rent and doing no work. JFBB is more succesful now than ever. If the crowds are smaller, then SWEET! That's more room for me to ski!

They will get them out. I am just guessing, but I think they will use only SMI ground guns on T-Bolt. New power outlets were installed on T-Bolt and other locations for just this purpose. It will take the JF snow crew no time to set things up.
